Heated sake. It is said to be better when it is hot. It has a strong, distinctive aroma, but it seems to drift only near the sake cup. The mouthfeel is round and the aftertaste is very long. This is the characteristic of strong sake. Sake brewed with Tottori's strong sake. I think I'm already hooked. Liked: Heated sake mode 7/10

Wow! What the heck! It's so delicious. The aroma is especially good. And rich. I think it is one of the best in the group of famous brands with that taste. This is not particularly expensive, but it is just a popular price range, fire-brewed sake. I guess this is the result of Tottori Prefecture's unique sake rice called "strong". I had expected only heated sake, but Tottori Prefecture is not to be underestimated. Degree of liking 10/10

It's so good! It has a unique taste not found in other brands, and those who like it will become addicted to it. It has a malted rice smell, but if that is the trade-off for this delicious taste, I will accept it with open arms. Delicious! The wine is very concentrated. The overall taste is supposed to be sweet, but it is clean and well balanced as a result. Better than I expected. Liked 8/10 Today is "Cocktail Day", so I made a Manhattan. I will be satisfied with this cocktail and a martini for the rest of my life.

Hmmm... It's modern and it looks like it, but I'm not impressed with the taste. It doesn't have an aroma that makes you say, "Yum! I don't think it has the aroma that makes me think "Yum! It's a little heavy, a little spicy, and bitter (I don't like bitter things). I had high expectations for it... Too bad! I was expecting it, but I'm disappointed. After 4 days It tastes easy to drink, like a glass of a well-known brand of sake at a pub. I like it 6/10, and since I like it strong, I may buy it again.

The taste of koji is strong. It also has a strong koji aroma. Therefore, it has a biofilm-like flavor and aroma, which is not often encountered in sake, and there is a risk of being called "poor quality" if it is not well made. The taste is very good, but it is somewhat spicy and lacks minerality, so it is not the kind of sake that can be drunk in gulps (those who want to drink in gulps). In general, I can't help but think that this wine is "very aggressive". By the way, there is no bitterness. Delicious! Sweet, tart and concentrated. There is also a bit of piquancy. The aroma is similar to pineapple but more like alcohol than juice (this is alcohol. (Alcoholic beverages are 20 years old). The bitterness comes out in the mouth, so it is better to drink it by quickly pouring it down the middle of the tongue, so that the bitterness is less noticeable. I was looking for a reasonably priced fire-brewed junmai sake for warming up and found this. The +10 sake rating combined with the fact that it was "The Sake of Japan," or rather, "This is the sake of Japan," was something I hadn't had in a long time, but sometimes that's not such a bad thing. It was literally delicious, with a mouth full of flavor. I was satisfied. After buying the sake, I realized that it was best served cold, but I couldn't give up and tried heating it to lukewarm. I couldn't give up on it, so I tried heating it up to lukewarm, but it was just too unrelentingly spicy to bring out the best in it.

I bought Yamamoto, which was at the top of the "recommended for you" list. It is sour and a little sweet. No fruity flavor, but a hint of sake. Almost no bitterness. A bit watery (thin) or, hopefully, more concentrated. It is frustrating to drink it while suppressing the urge to gulp it down to compensate for the condensation. Degree of liking 7/10

It tastes sweet and sour! But it tastes like rice, not like juice. Bitterness is a bit at the end. Maybe this is a hit. It tastes better when it is sipped through both sides of the tongue. It seems to be sensitive to temperature changes, and the taste changes immediately after pouring it into the glass and during the few minutes it takes to finish it. I think it tastes better if you drink it as soon as it is poured.

Dark is squeaky clean. I like the lack of bitterness I don't dislike the unique aroma. I'm the type of person who can gulp it down, but if I let my instincts get the better of me and do that, it will be gone soon.

Wow - this is! Almost pineapple juice! Sweet and sour and delicious~! No messy taste and no bitterness, so it tastes good~! I thought Kameizumi was my answer, but this one is even closer. Degree of liking 10/10 I wonder if you could make the same thing cheaper by mixing Del Monte pineapple juice with alcohol...

It is sweet and sour and delicious! Good aroma, good throat, good aftertaste. I can't find anything wrong with it, though the concentration is just a step away. Except for Shinmasa and others, this might be my answer. I like it 9/10

I opened it with trepidation, wondering if it was too sweet. It is sweet. Not much aroma, and the concentration is about medium. I would like to see more of a sizzling condensation (though it all tastes the same). Slight bitterness comes later. I like it 6/10
