In my mind, Manrei has a spicy and heavy image.
However, there was no way to resist the killing phrase "Nakadori unfiltered unpasteurized sake". When I came back to myself, I had already put my credit card through the cash register.
A little peculiar top-taste. What was it? I don't know.
I can't explain why, but I know it's very tasty.
When a cat smells an old man's socks, it sometimes makes a face like "hogger," but it seems that it is not thinking (damn!) but analyzing the smell. I tried to imitate that. Then it seems to be composed of rice taste + sweetness and sourness that doesn't belong to anything + bitterness like hops, and a whiff of aroma that wraps it up. There is a tingling sensation.
Liked 10/10
Recently, I have been getting a lot of perfect scores. It's only a matter of time before we see a sake that exceeds the perfect score.
Requested old-fashioned dry taste
This is the one after all! Stable taste.
But it is a limited brew.
Rice polishing ratio 65
17% alcohol by volume

Business trip to a client in Nagoya. After the meeting, we went for a drink together. They lined up all the bottles and told us to drink as we liked. It was a spectacular sight. I tried Manrei for the first time. It is from Saga, isn't it?
Tai, sweet, from the same brewery.
Sweet indeed. Fruity. The sweetest I have ever had!
According to the owner, the sweet and dry tastes vary from brewery to brewery.
It is impossible to tell.
But it tastes completely different from super dry.
