シロタマ
My favorite mansaku flower.
I can buy it any time of the year, but I don't usually drink it. For me, I think I subconsciously want to make it a special drink for fall and winter (witch hazel is said to be an early spring flower).
The top taste is like The witch hazel flower, but I can't explain it well. When you drink it, it is not sweet and sour, but bitter. However, it is not unpleasant bitterness (I think it is because it is not a bitterness).
To sum it up, it tastes like a bitter version of "Ohroku". It is delicious. I want to drink the whole bottle right now.
The label on the back of the bottle says, "We promise to impress you," and that is exactly what it says. And it was cheap.
The second day was not as impressive as the first day (as is the case with other sakes). It took a turn for the worse. Still, I enjoyed drinking it while feeling the afterglow of the first day.
Degree of liking 10/10
