シロタマ
Tottori is known for its heated sake. But now that the emphasis on "typa" has spread to the older generation, the practice of heating sake has fallen by the wayside, and it has become commonplace to enjoy sake quickly and cold. Tottori, however, has not surrendered to the cold sake crowd. The breweries and consumers have an unusual love for heated sake, and the entire prefecture has joined forces to make it a popular drink. We will not retreat! We don't flatter! No respect! We will not back down! I think the people of the prefecture must really love sake, even though there is no nobility in the way they drink it. However, this Chiyomusubi. It is sweet, sour, dark, and delicious cold. He was a kid who could do it if he put his mind to it. Chiyomusubi may be anathema in the Tottori sake tradition of warming sake, but deliciousness is justice. I am a passionate supporter of Chiyomusubi.

Excellent comment! Tottori is a hot sake, isn't it? I thought many of the sakes were very hip and hard to open, but I guess I was wrong about how to drink them. Thank you for the lesson. Strong is a very laudable sake rice ^_^.

I am sorry. Strong rice is a sake rice that lives up to its name. I feel that when it is heated up, its other charm comes out easily. Please try it with chirori.
