I bought another brand of "Suzukagawa" from Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten, which is famous for "Saku" for the sole purpose of saying this.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo with higher specifications than the mass-produced Saku, but I could not tell the difference because I only drank Saku in a glass at an izakaya, but it has a gorgeous ginjo aroma. The taste is slightly bitter but fresh.
I usually drink ginjo-shu in a Riedel glass with legs, but today I used a Tiffany glass. It doesn't have legs (I'm waiting for a standardized comment).
