シロタマ
I used to make wine by pressing grapes I bought at the supermarket (this was when I lived in Hong Kong, so please bear with me for reporting it).
This Argo reminds me of the taste of that wine when I tasted it in the process of brewing.
Sweet, sour, half juice.
The package of 300 ml with 5% alcohol content is almost the same as a can of beer, which is about 15 ml of alcohol. I wonder if this is what the public needs.
With a normal sake, one cup of 15% alcohol content jumps to 27 ml, about twice the amount of alcohol (which is beyond the capacity of Japanese people to metabolize alcohol). In my case, this does not stop at one drink every day, and one drink is not enough.
In order to continue to enjoy sake in good health, I must have the courage to put down the cup after one gou.
