My Hall of Fame Oroku.
It smells good when you open the bottle. When you drink it, it tastes good!
But actually, I am not sure what makes it taste so good.
The taste of sake is not just a simple sweet, spicy, sour, and bitter one. There must be a lot more to it than that, but I can't figure it out.
I don't think this Ohsupuku Hachimaru is a clear type. Then I realized something. I noticed that Hachimaru is not a clear type of sake.
I wonder if the Hachimaru series is made tastier by leaving just a little bit of the miscellaneous flavor.
In other words, the Oroku Hachimaru is made tastier by mixing diluted fart with it!
