Fresh aroma upon opening.
The first sip is sweet, followed by Senkou's refreshing acidity and light bitterness. Do you feel the sourness more than the beetle?
Finally, the rice flavor comes onto the tongue. The acidity makes you aware of it until the very end.
It is aptly described as honey lemon soaked with the skin.
We enjoyed it deliciously.
