At Roadside Station Oya Beach🍶.
When you stop by a roadside station, you have to drink the local sake!
It was a little expensive for a sandeshi, but I decided on this one because it had the same specs as a four-pack. For the entrée, I chose seared oysters and mussels.
Although it is a junmai daiginjo, it is sweet and delicious. It was described as dry, but the only spicy part was the sharpness at the end. Very tasty 😋.

Good evening, Matchy🌆There are a lot of delicious food at the roadside station on the Oya coast ❗️ didn't you buy the huge kelp snacks 😆 I could drink alcohol for a week with those 🤣.
Good evening, Mr. Matiner 😀.
There was indeed kelp 😁I should have bought some for dinner.
The next morning, it was like a morning market with lots of fish and cheap 😳 Most of them were locals, but as a visitor, I couldn't afford it 😅.
The aroma is red apple type.
When served cold, the sweetness comes first, but in the second half, the bitterness is quite strong.
At room temperature, the bitterness is reduced and the balance with the sweetness improves.
