The summer sake I purchased on Sunday was emptied in two days. Today I drank the middle bottle, which I had kept in the refrigerator for some time. At first I felt it was too rich, but after that I simply enjoyed it as usual. I don't usually pay attention to the design of the bottle, but today it was cherry blossoms and the last time it was fireworks. I also took a picture of the bottles that I had discarded. I think I drank them in the wrong order.
I took it late, my GW (big holiday?). Cleaned out the cooler at noon 😓💦. I only aim to have fun at night! Sashimi of Japanese Spanish mackerel and chicken grunt that I bought at the market in the morning, along with arajiru (soup) of the fish. I'm going to pair it with Kakusei's Suitori Ki from Kesennuma. A clean air conditioner and a ⚾️T🐯vs G🧌 match! We also had a little early summer vacation🌻 with summer sake. ...the fish flavor goes well with this sour and sharp Kesennuma sake 😉👍.
Today I went to Sendai Station Building to buy some souvenirs. The temperature was 9 degrees Celsius higher than yesterday. I couldn't help but buy some souvenirs from Suitori Ki.
Sake is always delicious. Mrs. Murakami seems to be satisfied after drinking a little. I recently learned that the strange name "Suitori" is made up of the Chinese characters for rooster and sake.
This is a bottle of death of one of the cruisibles where we stayed on our trip to Miyagi Zao.
This special junmai sake is brewed by Kakusei in Kesennuma using Kura-no-hana from Miyagi Prefecture.
Polishing ratio is 60%.
The alcohol content is 15
Although the bottle has already been opened, the aroma is fruity with a refreshing sweetness.
The first sip reveals a rich sweetness and umami that spreads in the mouth along with a smooth texture. It quickly fades away with a slight bitterness. A faint sweetness lingers in the aftertaste.
Personally, I would rather drink this sake by itself than as a food sake. Delicious.
Junmai Daiginjo!
No forced leanness, no miscellaneous flavors. It is like a sake from the blessings of the clean earth.... Nothing to complain about.
It is simply beautiful.
It is just beautiful,
Deep, like mother earth....
It's just beautiful...,
I can't say enough good things about it,
When it comes to fine sake,
I offer you this.
I will serve you this one,
It's okey!
It's okey!
When warmed to lukewarm, it has a full-bodied aroma of rice 🌾🍶.
Sweet and fruity on the palate, but the acidity is also a nice finishing touch 🫢✨.
I rarely drink it heated, but I think I've stepped into a dangerous doorway 😭💔💔.
