Junmai Daiginjo!
No forced leanness, no miscellaneous flavors. It is like a sake from the blessings of the clean earth.... Nothing to complain about.
It is simply beautiful.
It is just beautiful,
Deep, like mother earth....
It's just beautiful...,
I can't say enough good things about it,
When it comes to fine sake,
I offer you this.
I will serve you this one,
It's okey!
It's okey!
When warmed to lukewarm, it has a full-bodied aroma of rice 🌾🍶.
Sweet and fruity on the palate, but the acidity is also a nice finishing touch 🫢✨.
I rarely drink it heated, but I think I've stepped into a dangerous doorway 😭💔💔.
At the monthly sake bring-your-own party 😋.
Probably the first time to warm up sake since I got into the sake swamp!
What the heck... it's soooo good!
It soaks in directly...
I'm not a fan of spicy sake, but even I could enjoy it thanks to the fact that it was heated.
The moment I slurped it down, I could feel the richness of "the sake" in my mouth and nose!
I think I'm going to be addicted to this one...
I think this time it was probably about the highest temperature, but I'd like to try other temperatures with different sakes.
Challenge Product Honjozo Mizutoki
Mizutoriki is a Junmai brand of Kesennuma Kakusei. This Honjozo was born out of the desire to offer quality local sake at a low price, even in the midst of the recent high prices.
It does not have much of a topping aroma, but when you take a sip, you can taste the mellow sweetness and umami flavor. In addition, there is a moderate sense of tanginess, or rather wildness. It would be good with bonito when it is in season. The sharpness is also very good!
Personally, I think it is the best sake! If you see it, please give it a try!
Please don't abuse me.
〜I want to go fishing in Kesennuma!
It was just a wish, but thanks for the food!
