Green aroma.
Clean and refreshing on the palate. Lime or young pineapple.
Astringent body from the rice.
Is it a bit like a "clear but tasty" wine?
I don't know what it is.
Taste level 3/5

Rice: Gohyakumangoku produced in Kakizaki, Niigata
Rice polishing ratio 60
15% alcohol by volume
Dry, acidic, and sharp with a hint of peculiarity!
Gutsy, old-fashioned sake!
I made the mistake of comparing it with a similar sake.
The acidity was so strong that when I heated it up, the flavor was a clear failure! The bad parts stood out!
Maybe next time I will drink it by itself.
I can manage to drink it at room temperature! The acidity is strong though!

This was my second drink at a nearby izakaya that serves Niigata sake. It seems to be sold as a sake that goes well with Akinata fish, but it was a very tasty sake that goes well with all kinds of snacks.
Today's sake is a Junmai Ginjo from Koshijino Benibai in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture❗️
The aroma is a fresh, sweet scent of ginjo❗️As you take a sip, you will feel the mild texture on your tongue, followed by a refreshing sweet aroma❗️❗️ and then the sweet scent of ginjo will leave your nose❗️It is also a good sake to drink during a meal❗️
It is sweeter than sweet, with a spiciness that comes after the first sip. It is a sake that can be drunk indefinitely, so you will find yourself emptying a four-pack before you know it.
I forgot to take a picture of the saury 😅It is a dry sake but the salt and soy sauce flavor gives it a sweet and umami taste that is delicious 😋This is really a sake to drink with saury 🍶.
Hi, Takku 🐦.
I like the label, easy to understand that it goes with autumn fish😊👍👍You grilled it on the BBQ 😻 Looks delicious on the ❣️ charcoal grill 😻It's a fall trifecta including autumn cherry blossoms 🍁.
A little luxury study series.
I bought several bottles as gifts for acquaintances.
When I was asked what I thought of them, I thought it would be tactful to say, "I haven't drunk them myself. I came up with the convenient excuse that it would be tactless to say, "I haven't drunk it myself," and gave it as a gift to myself.
It is slightly effervescent.
Although the fruity flavor I had hoped for was somewhat subdued, I could taste the flavor, weight, and aftertaste of a high-class sake, or a sake of style.
I can't verbalize it well, but my tongue and taste buds are too poor to analyze it even though it tastes kind of good.
Like drinking it after offering it to a Shinto altar.
There is almost no sake or alcohol smell, and it seems to go well with Japanese food.
When I drink it after all this lifting, it is called guzzling.
May we have a chance to meet again...
