A little luxury study series.
I bought several bottles as gifts for acquaintances.
When I was asked what I thought of them, I thought it would be tactful to say, "I haven't drunk them myself. I came up with the convenient excuse that it would be tactless to say, "I haven't drunk it myself," and gave it as a gift to myself.
It is slightly effervescent.
Although the fruity flavor I had hoped for was somewhat subdued, I could taste the flavor, weight, and aftertaste of a high-class sake, or a sake of style.
I can't verbalize it well, but my tongue and taste buds are too poor to analyze it even though it tastes kind of good.
Like drinking it after offering it to a Shinto altar.
There is almost no sake or alcohol smell, and it seems to go well with Japanese food.
When I drink it after all this lifting, it is called guzzling.
May we have a chance to meet again...

I have not encountered many Hachitan-Nishiki No. 2 from Niigata. The aroma is modest, but the fruity ginjo aroma gives a beautiful impression.
The taste is refreshingly light and light, as is typical of Niigata, but with a gentle sweetness and umami flavor. The mouthfeel is smooth.

It has a tangy, spicy flavor.
Degree of liking ☆ 3.5/5
Relief as usual. Perhaps because I'm used to drinking it, the nightly aridness has decreased somewhat.
I wondered if the flavor varies from bottle to bottle, but this one tasted a little better than usual.
The description may seem contradictory, but that's how I feel.
I wonder when I will be able to drink it again, as I will be plunging into the study of various sakes for a while again.
Purchased at a liquor store in Niigata
A fine and beautiful light nigori, just like a haze.
It has a rich sweetness, but then a grapefruit-like bitterness.
It was delicious even with ice.
Perfect for drinking in the summer.
Postscript
As the day goes by, the freshness and sweetness
It lost its freshness and sweetness when it was first opened 😅.
It became much more difficult to drink 😅.
I guess the taste of nama-sake loses its freshness and sweetness after being open for a long time 💦.
the flavor will be lost 💦.
Sweet and refreshing
It is a sweet and refreshing sake, so I used it as a food sake, but I think it would have been good to drink it before a meal and then move on to a dry sake.
Cool label created by artist Yuto Baba! Gorgeous ginjo aroma. It is refreshing and clean. I didn't expect it to require refrigeration, but it has a slight gaseous taste. Easy to drink, even for sake beginners.
