The aroma is slightly sweet, and in the mouth there is a slight gasiness and umami, followed by a strong sourness and bitterness, and you can feel the alcohol content.
I was told that they use No.6 yeast, so I guess it reminds me a little of Shinmasa 🤔.
I will have the No.7 yeast next time after some time. 👍
