It's a Kurafan sake from Tohei Sake Brewery 🍶.
They donate a portion of the proceeds to the Association for the Protection of Tidelands 🙇🏻♂️
The Kurafan is a draft sake, but some distributors will sell a fire-aged version.
The taste is delicious, not too sweet, not too bitter, with a delicious umami flavor 🥰.
This is a freshly made sake that just arrived 🍶.
Alcohol level: 15 degrees Celsius
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Rice used: Chiba Prefecture's Fusakogane
☀️
Sake rice is Comet from Hokkaido🌾.
It has a refreshing lime 🍋🟩 like structure with a strong sweetness and a weak acidity 😙.
However, there is a thick umami flavor that coexists well☺️
It seems to go well with dashi-based dishes, but since this place was all about seafood, there were no dashi-based dishes 🤣.
Too bad 😆.
The annual trip to Minami-Boso, a place for binge drinking and eating. Again, we ate too much .... Chiba marriage♪ Chose local fish and Kururi's local sake 🍶Fukuju㊗️...☆ Unlike the label, this is a real wine! It is rather mellow and dry! The malted rice is made from Hokkaido comet and the hanging rice is Fusakogane made in Chiba prefecture. This journey will continue forever...
As usual, this sake has a mild aroma and a refreshing taste. If I may say so, it has a sweet aroma and a sweet taste.
Too delicate to sharpen the nerves. Delicious.
I'm working from today...but since it's the New Year (Oshogatsu🎍), I had a barrel of "Fukusuku" sake that I got in Minami-Boso! You can feel the deliciousness of the 70% polished rice...it's sweet and tasty without being as sharp as the aroma of the barrel...I'm enjoying it with my wife with western style oseki-yobushi...
Happy New Year 🌅.
We look forward to working with you in the New Year🙇.
The first sake of the year 2025 is a local Chiba sake, Fuku-shuku Super Limited New Year Label from Tohei Sake Brewery in Kimitsu City, Chiba Prefecture.
Since last year, my first sake of the year has been "Fukusuku" to pray for my family's health and happiness😅.
I can't describe it well on its own, but it tastes like a junmai sake with bitterness-sweetness-umami.
When served with sashimi, the sweetness increases and it becomes easier to drink.
Alcohol level: 16%.
Rice polishing ratio: Koji rice 60
Kake rice: 70
Rice used: Koji rice: Hokkaido comet
Kake rice: Fusakogane produced in Chiba
Happy New Year to you too, Heero8 🎍.
I also had my first nigori of Fukusuku the other day, though not from here, and it was delicious 😋.
The New Year label looks lovely and delicious, and it makes for a happy New Year's Day: ☺️
Happy New Year, Kotaro-san ⛩.
I had a bottle of nigori the year before last. I remember I had a hard time opening the bottle and it spewed a little 😅.
It is a nearby brewery that brews delicious sake, although it is a bit of a put off 🥰.
Mr. Helo8
Happy New Year ^_^
It's nice to welcome the New Year with local sake ✨.
And it's very limited👍
I look forward to working with you again this year 🙇.
Happy New Year, Manta 🎍.
I look forward to reading your posts.
When I see "limited edition" I can't help but reach for it: ☺️
I look forward to working with you again this year 🙇.
I tend to buy the type that recreates a snow country in the bottle (lees piled up).
Opening the bottle takes a very long time, just a little bit of opening is all it takes to get a bobble and a great mixture 🫧.
The aroma is a little bit of cooked rice and rummy.
When you take a sip, you get pear, thick, kona kona rice, and a lingering bitterness in the back of the mouth.
There is a slight fruity pear taste in the back of the mouth. Smooth shuwashu nigori: ❄️
The next day's supernatant, not much aroma...a little pear?
When you include it, it's clearly pear soda, and rice behind the slightly fruity pear.
Mixing, pure white! Continues to be a little pear fruity and bitter. The rice konakona and mash are more intense and delicious.
The feeling of drinking nigori is amazing!
I'll try it warmed up: ♨️
Kamikan, the aroma is pear and rice. When you drink it, it has rice and a crisp alcoholic kick.
Hot sake, the aroma is slightly sweet rice and a hint of pear. When served hot, it has soft pear and rice, and the alcohol taste may be reduced.
I may have said too much about pears...but I enjoyed it with a slightly stronger meal.
One and a half hours to go... a review for the end of the year's drinking... can we go a little longer!
I find it hard to choose a drink to drink at home.
I'm the type of person whose taste changes with the place, the atmosphere, and the people I drink with,
But this Fukuju tasted great even when I drank it alone.
After opening the bottle, I couldn't drink it because it blew up with great carbonation, so I left it for a day and drank it again this evening. It's a great volume of cream in the rice cakes 😅. As the name suggests, it is like Doburoku. Surprisingly, the sweetness is low and the lemon tartness is refreshing. 🐈️🐈️
Comet and Fusakogane sake. The taste is even more delicious because it is related to Chiba and Hokkaido.
