First time I drank it and it was as good as they say! 👍
It's a light nigori, but as the name suggests, it's smooth and when chilled 🧊 and served in a wine glass, it has a schwa🫧schwa feel to it that keeps you drinking more and more. The perfect drink for a summer night 🎐I'll be back next year! ✨

Usually, special junmai sake has a clean dry image, but this Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa in Hyogo's Special A district is sweeter.
It is soft on the palate with just a hint of a hint of a schwarz.

I opened a bottle of San-Do Rokunozo that I won in a drawing. It's delicious without question 😋. Aroma of muscat and green apple🍏. Elegant petit-petit-shrewdness 🫧🫧 sweetness and acidity. It was a delicious👍 bottle all the way around. 💖.

I went to the Daishinshu brewery in Nagano. Limited edition from a monopoly shop. Weak gasiness🫧. Tastes like soft strawberries🍓? The type of rice is not disclosed, but it also has umami. I think you can enjoy it differently if you drink it over 2 or 3 days. I think I would enjoy it differently if I drank it over 2 or 3 days. I'm sure I'll enjoy it again in a couple of days.

Fresh & fruity. Gently sweet, like a white wine🍾. It also has a ✨sourness to it. It's also great with Italian food because of the olive 🫒 yeast 👍I'd like to drink it chilled!
