Longing to buy Sogapère Ephis 🌈❗️ last year I went to Obuse, but it was not the right time and I bought wine🍷 and left. It looks like wine! But the smell is definitely sake🍶. The sweetness and acidity are exquisite and the finish is like a Chardonnay wine with a nice sharpness✨ while retaining the deliciousness of sake! 😇
I paired it with arrabbiata and it was delicious... 💓 I could say it's ❗️ dangerous if my wife can drink it slurpily...

It has a clear and refreshing taste, and a calm but slightly sweet ginjo aroma in the mouth. Of course, it is more light and perfect for a meal 👌. I paired it with oyster tempura (🦪) and it was perfect ✌️. ❗️ I shared a bottle with a friend who loves sake 💕. It might be a good value for money.

Purchased at Okazaki Sake Brewery in Ueda City! It's really precious and Yumemizuho might be hard to find since it's sake rice produced in Noto. It is unquestionably delicious💓It is a really luxurious sake with freshness, elegance✨ with less glamour and more umami, cleanness and chilli. 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️Shinshu Kamerei is delicious!

It has a balance of sweetness and a slight carbonation. It is aromatic and tasty. But the aftertaste is refreshing. Nabeshima is the best! It's a very good wine!
Comparing with Akabu, it is hard to say which is better! It was a luxurious weekend! 🙆♂️
