However, thanks to the enthusiasm of the local people, it was revived in 2007 as "Koedo Kagamiyama Brewery. It is believed that the name comes from the name of a mountain called "Kagamiyama" located on the shore of Lake Biwa in Shiga Prefecture. It is said that the name was given to the brand in memory of the founder's hometown in Shiga Prefecture.
