Asakai Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyo
Easy to drink sweet hand sake.
Full of umami. Good aftertaste.
There are many more sake that are good and unknown to us.
The aroma is nice, with a faint, refreshing ginjo aroma. When I sipped it, it was smooth and easy to drink, just as one would expect from a daiginjo.
However, as a person who prefers the rich rice flavor of junmai ginjo, I think it is a bit lacking.

A little drink after work.
Asakai from Iwate Prefecture, where I've been checking in a lot this month.
It is a sake that has a strong rice flavor and a great sharpness.
It makes me hot!
While waiting at a liquor store in a mall, I found a corner for comparing local liquors and bought a bottle (180 ml).
The wife said it smelled like apple cider vinegar. It tastes like apple cider vinegar.
The taste was smooth and the umami spread out well.
The rice polishing ratio is 70%, so the taste is quite complex.
The acidity comes in later, and it goes down the throat smoothly.
There is not much of a lingering aftertaste.
The impression is that it is an easy-drinking sake.
Summer sake, but now?
Aroma of fluffy rice when you drink it. Slightly rummy.
The taste is calm. Beautiful acidity.
Smooth texture.
A refreshing and refreshing decay.
Taste level 3.5/5
Iwate is a sake production area known for its Nanbu Toji.
Following "Nanbu Bijin," we drank "Asa Kai Junmai Sake: Kuraberu Series," a cold brew of Nanbu tradition.
It is a "dry junmai-shu with flavor" that has a strong original taste of rice.
The one that's deeply delicious.
Slight aroma, smooth attack. It has a full-bodied, delicious mouthfeel. It goes in smoothly and has a nice sharpness.
I asked for this sake when I heard that a staff member went to Iwate and "bought it". It is indeed delicious 🤣. It is indeed delicious 🤣.
In Tokyo on a business trip❗
After the meeting, I met up with Ms. Nachi❗Ms. Nachi kept me company the whole time!
I can't thank him enough 🙇.
We met at Yotsuya and went to a sake shop "Suzuden" 🍶.
I was so excited to buy some things, including Yamama, which I met for the first time, when the owner asked me if I wanted to try Hana-yosu. I was so excited that the shop owner brought it to me from the back of the store and asked me if I would like to buy it. ‼️ Of course I did.
After that, when I was waiting in line to eat ramen, I successfully scouted Mr. Dorayaki who was standing in line behind me to join the Sake-no-wa-kai 👍It was decided that he would join the last off-line meeting the next day😃It was not a pick-up 🙆It was a sincere effort to promote the goodness of Japanese Sake.
We closed the day with a glass of Asa-open at an izakaya near the hotel❗Good classic Asa-open 🙏.
Good morning, King of Noodles and Sake 😃.
You are too good a scout to have successfully recruited at the sacred place called Suzuden and to have decided to have an offline meeting the next day 😳.
You are a true scout 💪.
Thanks to you and Mr. Menshuoh, the circle of sake-no-wa has expanded. ☺️
Good evening Aladdin 😃.
I'm glad I could increase the number of sakewa & sake lovers ‼️ Welcome to the world of sake❗More specifically, welcome to the sake swamp 😏.
Good evening, Pon 😃.
The offline meeting the next day was a lot of fun 🎵
Both Tokyo and Osaka have a lot of nice liquor stores and izakayas ❗In this kind of environment, I'd be in trouble for drinking every day 😅.
Hi Gyve, good evening 😃.
Huayouyas, this is the first time you were able to buy it in the store: ‼️
I'm really grateful 🙏 I might be too lazy to open the bottle 😅.
