Finally, the drinking iron starts!
Sake in the morning is so nice, isn't it?
For Kansai people, the Hayate is not so familiar.
It looks like a HAYABUSA, but this kind of train is also nice.
I'm the only one on the first train, so I'm really taking it easy.
A can of kind words for a middle-aged businessman.
It's soothing!
The sake has a sweet aroma on the nose with a nice sharp taste.
It goes perfectly with the luxurious squid-flavored rice crackers 👌👌.
Hello Nobu Nobu 😃
We started drinking in the morning on the first train! You can drink as much as you want on the charter 🤗Dry every day 😮💨 Please spoil yourself with alcohol 👋
Good morning Jay & Nobby 😃.
I totally indulged in alcohol yesterday 😃.
The results of my health checkup were not good, so I have to cut back on the drinking 😭.
I feel like I said forgive me once in a while
Morioka's local sake with Morioka cold noodles in Morioka
I really wanted to eat here because of the grilled meat...
But the result of my health checkup...
However, this cold noodle is not only crispy, but also has a robust flavor, so it goes well with alcohol!
Also, this sake flows smoothly and is perfect for cold noodles!
I've been in Tohoku since yesterday.
Today I would like to stretch my legs a bit and go drinking iron♪
This is actually the first time I have had this sake, even though it is a major sake sold in supermarkets in the Kanto area.
I didn't drink it on my trip to Iwate. I think I had put it off because even though it is a major brewery, I have never heard of it having a good or bad reputation.
I now think that the fact that there are no bad stories about it makes it great, doesn't it? I'm thinking about it now.
I drank it for the first time and it is just as I was under the impression. It is perfect as a junmai sake. It's just normal and easy to drink. A sense of security. It is not overbearing. This sake should be sold in supermarkets. It is a good sake.
Asakai
Asakai Special Junmai Spring Limited
Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture.
55% polished Iwate rice.
Elegant and refreshing aroma.
Well-balanced rice flavor and acidity,
Slight and gentle aftertaste.
#Sake
Asakai Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyo
Easy to drink sweet hand sake.
Full of umami. Good aftertaste.
There are many more sake that are good and unknown to us.
The aroma is nice, with a faint, refreshing ginjo aroma. When I sipped it, it was smooth and easy to drink, just as one would expect from a daiginjo.
However, as a person who prefers the rich rice flavor of junmai ginjo, I think it is a bit lacking.
⭐︎:3.5
A little drink after work.
Asakai from Iwate Prefecture, where I've been checking in a lot this month.
It is a sake that has a strong rice flavor and a great sharpness.
It makes me hot!
While waiting at a liquor store in a mall, I found a corner for comparing local liquors and bought a bottle (180 ml).
The wife said it smelled like apple cider vinegar. It tastes like apple cider vinegar.
The taste was smooth and the umami spread out well.
The rice polishing ratio is 70%, so the taste is quite complex.
The acidity comes in later, and it goes down the throat smoothly.
There is not much of a lingering aftertaste.
The impression is that it is an easy-drinking sake.
