We had this because the sake, which was too carbonated and difficult to drink, had just been opened. It was delicious. The snack was the ultimate Negitoro (negitoro) mixed with hon tuna and southern bluefin tuna for 600 yen.
It was named after the brewery's name in hopes of spreading the name of the brewery.
Currently, the brewery is led by fifth-generation brewer Akiya Machida and his wife Emi Machida, who is the toji (chief brewer), and they make sake together as a couple.
