Fukamori Kibune Shibori
It is a small sake brewery with a capacity of 40 koku, but the sake is made with great care. It is labeled as dry, but I didn't feel it was that dry, just clear. It is mild and delicious.
The name "Fukamori" is derived from the three words "forest" and "deep forest" because it is made in a deep forest.
