I couldn't taste much. Maybe it was because it was a little long. Maybe slightly dry, slightly fruity. Maybe I was also drinking Miyoshikiku at the time so I almost didn't taste it. I thought I would try to buy u next time.
The name comes from the Tetori River, a raging river that symbolizes Ishikawa Prefecture, which flows right by the brewery.
