Kinoene Iinuma This sake was created by a brewing error at the dawn of Sakasui. It is quite rare. It is more like Byakuya or Yagyo than Sakasui no Yoruake. It tastes peach and mango both in terms of the label and the taste. Brand renewal in 23rd year. There was a replacement in November 2012, making it the 16th generation. Shizen Gou Hukuiku Oki Daikichi Sake made by the same brewer as the instrument Masamune. Apple. Pineapple. Sake brewed under contract with local farmers using only rice without agricultural chemicals, which was rare at the time. 1974 Sake was released as "Additive-free Sake - Shizen-go" as an expression of gratitude for the abundant nature of Yabuki.

Not much aroma due to the cold. Textured and fresh on the palate. The nose is very light and fruity. Muscat and pear. Clear, smooth and sweet. Fresh citrus-like acidity in the second half. Beautiful, smart, gorgeous, and easy to drink. 4/5 stars for my taste.
