The aroma doesn't rise that much. When you drink it, it is fresh rice juice! Sweet aroma like doburoku. It has a slight bitterness. The texture is cloudy but surprisingly smooth. The flavor is quickly absorbed by the mouthfeel. Taste level ☆3/5

Trolley texture. Powerful value of 18 degrees, but...? Surprisingly refreshing and gentle taste. It has a silky sweetness and a light but rounded rice flavor. There is a hint of bitterness. It is not as guttural as expected, but it is a dense sweet and umami type. Taste: 3/5 stars.

The aroma doesn't rise that much. When you drink it, it has a juicy texture, like lime and pear. It has a slightly astringent, acidic, and cloying taste. The pull is light and refreshing, which is typical of summer. Goes well with sea squirts. Taste level ☆3/5

Machida Shuzo Miyamanishiki We had this because the sake, which was too carbonated and difficult to drink, had just been opened. It was delicious. The snack was the ultimate Negitoro (negitoro) mixed with hon tuna and southern bluefin tuna for 600 yen. It was named after the brewery's name in hopes of spreading the name of the brewery. Currently, the brewery is led by fifth-generation brewer Akiya Machida and his wife Emi Machida, who is the toji (chief brewer), and they make sake together as a couple.

Eikou Fuji hoshimatsuri (species of buddleia, Buddleja mandshurica var. japonica) It looks like Machida Sake Brewery is coming tomorrow 7/14 to Ueno Gyoso. I just heard about Angel 4 at some place and would like to go but time may be difficult. The name of the sake comes from the character for "glory" that was added to the original sake name "Fuji" when the company was founded, with a wish for prosperity. It is also said that the symmetrical character "Eiko Fuji" represents the brewery's philosophy of "sake brewing without backs and sides.

Fukamori Kibune Shibori It is a small sake brewery with a capacity of 40 koku, but the sake is made with great care. It is labeled as dry, but I didn't feel it was that dry, just clear. It is mild and delicious. The name "Fukamori" is derived from the three words "forest" and "deep forest" because it is made in a deep forest.

At first, the lids fly off, cheer up, They were freshly opened but sold out in no time. The rice juice is a schwash. Surprisingly, the sourness is in the foreground, It tastes milky but light and fresh. Yum! Taste 4/5
