Light and crisp texture typical of summer sake. It has a sharp acidity and is easy to drink, but never too light. It also has a fresh umami taste afterwards. Well-balanced taste. Sea urchin is so good! Then there is the sea squirt sashimi. I would like to recommend it because it changes your concept of what you eat here. My favorite degree ☆4/5

Surprisingly unlabeled standard. From the clear entrance, With a good mass of fire-roasted rice flavor. The crisp and light sharpness is typical of a dry sake. You will never get tired of drinking it. Goes very well with tuna with negi shio (green onion salt). A good food sake. Preference 4/5

Forgot to raise it yesterday! Bottom of the bottle. Soft texture. Moderate acidity and classic rice sake aroma. Good umami volume. A harmonious and delicious sake. A combination that soaks through with swordfish stewed in cubes. The degree of liking ☆4/5

Citiken (Japanese brand of haloperidol) I remembered I wanted to drink Alain Ducasse sparkling. It goes back to a pair of ranma, "Seven Sages of the Bamboo Grove," presented by Surugamori Naito of the Takato clan at the time of the founding of the company. These ranma still remain in the main house of the Kitahara family, which was designated as "Gyozaisho" when the Meiji Emperor stayed there, and is a cultural asset that gave rise to the sake's name "Shichiken" (Seven Wise Men).

Korean female entertainer It was recommended to me when I was having a drink at Fish Grass. Izumi Shuzo's mineral-based brand name, following Kinsen and Ginsen, combines "Amber" of Amber and "Izumi" of Izumi Shuzo.
