Personal Vote (カワダ調べ)Japanese white pine (Pinus parviflora)
Firmly sweet with almost no sourness or bitterness. Melon
Named after a brewery that learned from "Kamotsuru" in Hiroshima, the name "Shinanotsuru" was borrowed from one of the characters for "crane".
Since 2001, the brewery has converted to a pure rice brewery for all of its products. Currently all Ginjo-style brewing (low-temperature, long-term brewing).
The name derives from the nickname and haiku name of the first president, Kujiro Kitahara. He used the character "satsuki" (皐, satsuki, satsuki), which is the same character as the character "sawa" in Tazawa Shuzo, the predecessor of Choseisha, as his haiga name. Ripe pineapple type sweet aroma.
Rice juice when you drink it.
Full rice flavor with a fruity, koji-like taste.
Juicy from the aroma.
Smooth texture on the palate.
Slightly alcoholic pungency.
Light fruitiness, fresh but rounded rice flavor.
Tight and sharp.
The store's brother recommended it to me halfway...
Contrary to the refreshing appearance of the label, the grain rice is surprisingly tasty.
The acidity is citrus-like, and the texture is light.
However, the sweetness and umami taste is a bit between the eyes, and I don't like it.
It is juicy too.
But the koji taste (, calpis?). It is also a little bit like a rumney.
It has a sweetness that fits softly on the tongue and a very faint bitterness.
It is gentle at 13 degrees, but it is very drinkable.
Delicious!
Taste 4/5 stars. Supple, sweet and gorgeous aroma.
Contains juicy, apple and muscat-like fruit.
Clear, mineral mouthfeel.
Full, dark, sweet and delicious.
The finish is relatively clean.
Slightly gassy and tangy.
(Umami.
The label is a bit dowdy for a Shiraoi....
A sense of schwarziness.
Milky flavor but not too sweet.
Aromas of white flowers and green bananas waft through the nose.
It is surprisingly modern and casual.
Berry Sweet, and the waitress introduces it to inbound customers.
The aroma doesn't rise to the top, but...
Sweet to the touch. Thick and syrupy texture.
Not juicy, but dense yet fresh.
Dark sweet, but with a slight astringency in the second half,
It does not expand, so there is no clinginess, and the taste converges smoothly.
Delicious!
Taste: 3/5 stars.
I bought the official badge lol. I almost went to bed when I forgot to turn it up.
Amazingly water, said the waitress.
Contain it...surely this is...no longer water?
The texture is quite watery.
However, the rice flavor is not dry, but rather a grain-like texture.
Sourness and bitterness are also lightly present.
The finish is crisp. Super light.
Not bad. In fact, it's good.

Easy to drink (カワダ調べ)Eikofuji Issenfusin
I talked with my neighbor about how rare it was, and we talked about somewhat glorious Fuji.
Eikofuji's dry, filtered, fired and watered limited edition sake, which is rare among Eikofuji's limited edition sake.
The name comes from the addition of the character "Eiko" (glory) to the original sake name "Fuji" (Fuji), which was used when the company was first founded, to express the wish for prosperity. It is also said that the symmetrical character "Eiko Fuji" represents the brewery's philosophy of "sake brewing without backs and sides. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
