Today, Mutsu Hachisen Ooragarami was opened 🎉.
New sake is being released one after another, and many ogara-mi are now available 😆.
This is the time of year to drink them 🍶.
I carefully selected and bought a bottle of nigari that I want to drink among them: ‼️
First of all, Mutsu Hachisen, ogara-mi nama-zake which I definitely want to drink😍.
Last 2 bottles at the sake shop! Just in time😮💨
I can't help but have a gut pause😅
I drank it right away, leaving the other players waiting for their turn 😊.
Without shaking it first.
Not much aroma.
In the mouth, it goes from soft texture to mellow, with a gentle gassy and pungent taste in the second half.
The pungency lingers in the aftertaste as well.
Next, shake and mix the origami.
The color does not change that much.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a mild and mild feeling from the beginning, and the gasiness and pungency in the latter half are the same.
Overall, there is not much sweetness, and it is more of a dry sake with the umami of the rice.
This is a sake for a mealtime drink.
It is difficult for me to drink it by itself because it is too spicy for my sweet tooth, but it was just right for a mid-meal drink 👍.
