Today we opened a bottle of Akabu's new sake, NEWBORN 🎉.
Akabu was the first to release a new sake this season😄.
I bought the popular Junmai Ginjo at the liquor store right after it was released 😆.
I wanted to drink it right away, but due to various reasons similar to yours, it's finally on tap 😅.
Bon appétit 😋.
The aroma is so gorgeous 💐, as expected from Akabu👍.
The fresh and lush texture spreads in the mouth, and the gasiness that is unique to nama-shu comes out in the latter half of the bottle.
The spiciness comes in the last half, but it passed away with the gassy feeling.
Wow, delicious 😋 and easy to drink 🍶.
It has a wonderful balance.
If this is a sake that was brewed with calculation, I think it is an amazing technical skill.
It is less sweet than I expected, so I would rather drink it with a meal than on its own 🍶.
I knew Akabu was on a high level 🥰.
I can't help but buy it when the seasonal ones come out too: ❣️
