Hagi no Tsuru, Gradation has been opened 🎉.
This is Hagi no Tsuru's Kijo sake.
Actually, this is my first Hagi no Tsuru 😄.
I thought it might not be a good idea to start with a kijoshu, but when I saw the label on the back, I wanted to drink it 😅...
According to the back label
It says it's an extremely sweet sake with changes in aroma, sweetness, acidity, and umami.
It looks delicious just by looking at it 😋.
Now, let's try it!
The aroma is sweet.
When I put it in my mouth, wow! It is really sweet❗️
However, when it goes down your throat, you get a spicy taste: ❗️
When I swallowed it, it was gone quickly, leaving a lingering sweetness on my tongue.
Hmmm? What was the spiciness just now?
Drink again to find out...hmm? Hmm? hmm?
Repeat over and over again, resulting in...?
Extremely sweet but extremely dry kijoshu: ‼️
And I came to a conclusion in my mind.
And it doesn't go with food at all💦.
The stunning ultra-sweetness doesn't go with food and is best drunk as an aperitif or dessert sake☝️
One glass is just right.
If you drink a lot, you will get tired of drinking.
But as a sake, it tastes good😋.
It is a very sweet sake among kijoshu, and I recommend it if you want a really sweet sake.
It would be wonderful to spend your daily healing time with a glass🥂 of this kijoshu 🥰.
