I opened a bottle of my favorite Kangiku ❤️ Kukai 🎉.
It's time to drink my guess summer sake! I made a big decision and opened the 99 series Kukai first 😘.
It was released in April, so I was quite late to the party as many posts were already up 😅...
But hey, if I drink it, it will be gone... 🥺.
Fighting this conflict, here comes the opening ceremony: 🙇♀️

First, the aroma!
The aroma is sweet and typical of Kangiku.
In the mouth, juicy sweetness fills the mouth, and in the second half, a gentle astringent taste comes from a moderate gas feeling, and it finishes quickly.
The aftertaste is refreshing.

Kangiku is still amazing ✨.
It's firm and sweet, but has a nice crispness from the exquisite gasiness and astringency: ‼️
There is no sweetness in the aftertaste at all, it is refreshing 🤩.
It's light and easy to drink, so it can be a mealtime drink or on its own👍.
Perfect summer sake for sweet lovers 🎐.
My husband also said this was easy to drink and delicious, so it's okay for people who don't like sweet 👌
I knew it, Kangiku is evolving 🤔.
Not only is it sweet and juicy, but the gasiness brings out the astringency nicely and doesn't leave a sweet taste, it was another brilliant work 💝.
