National Sake Fair 2025 Day 2㉔
Aichi ③.
Yamamori Sake Brewery in Odaka, Midori-ku, Nagoya City
I think Odaka was pretty much in the city, but I see that Kuheiji and Kami no Ii are also located in Odaka 🤔.
I drank
Takanoyume Junmai ALL NAGOYA Nama-zake
Polishing ratio 60% Yumeginko 17% Sake degree -2 Acidity 2.2
Amino acidity 1.6 FIA-2 (Aichi Prefecture yeast) 1540 yen
Nama-shu, but it is colored.
Slightly matured
The sake's sake and acidity were not disclosed at the event, but they were listed on Jizakaya Kodama's website.
It's not the same BY, so it's just for reference.
Takanomusume Junmai Daiginjyo Genshu
Polishing ratio 50%, Yumesansui, 16%, 3844 yen
Muscat-like fruity taste.
I was looking forward to drinking it because many people are drinking Takanomusume, but I wonder if it was a coincidence.

Good morning bouken 🌞.
As is often the case with small warehouses, I have the impression that there is quite a bit of blurring from lot to lot😅.

Hi Matsuchiyo-san ☀☀☀
I wonder if small and stable warehouses are better equipped 🤔.
I wonder if it's on purpose or not 🙄 even in some famous places.
