Bifuku Sake Brewery Maikaze ❣️
The Bifuku Sake Brewery in Tatebayashi, Gunma Prefecture, named after the meaning of dividing the good fortune and the old tale of this area, "Bifuku Chagama".Â
Nice 👍
☀️
This is a 12 year old aged wine 🍶.
The taste is naturally classically sweet and aged.
Alcohol has been added, but it is not crisp and has a strong sense of maturity.
The alcohol content is high and the overall finish is for the experts 😎 and is unexpectedly "harsh" 🤔.
I would definitely not recommend this taste to those who like sweet and savory 🥸.
I think I had the back label when I first started drinking sake, but I don't have a picture or remember the taste💦.
Slightly effervescent and thinly cloudy. Tastes fresh and melon-like to rich and full-bodied.
Some dry and bitter nuances.
I imagined it to be more peculiar, but it was easy to drink.
More modern than classic 🤔. I guess 🤔.
I thought it would be more chemical like after a few days...

The taste is consistent with the Junmai Ginjo (which we compared 🍶) minus the modernity. The umami is outstanding.
