Good luck for the week!
It's elegant and sweet and goes all the way in.
This restaurant keeps it pretty chilled, so I'm sure that contributes to its drinkability.
There is salt in the brewing water! Still, it is in the sake category.
When you drink it, the saltiness is only faintly perceptible, and since it is chilled to 0°C, it is perfect for summer.
I think it's really good. It would also be delicious with a lime!
The owner's favorite is the Genzai from earlier and this one. This is another light and tasty Fukushima-style dish! We have the same taste!
By the way, this homemade pickles are also delicious and highly recommended!
Local label for Hirotogawa. First time I saw it! They have a special junmai or higher spec out of the prefecture, and this one is junmai, so they separate the labels. And this label was used as the main label a long time ago.
I had it at room temperature, and it was the usual Hirotogawa that would go well with food, and I thought I would buy this one if it were available.
Rewarded today for completing paperwork that I am not very good at.
This is the first sake I have ever had. It has a sour taste and is very easy to drink.
Oh, this is an easy-drinking type. Omachi.
I couldn't read it, so I asked for something that looks like a deer squealing, but it's Rokumei from Rokumeikan.
