Charcoal Grilled Chicken and Good Sake Tate-Aoi
It is a Junmai Hi-ire of Takanomune.
It was served cold to finish the day 🍶.
ALLNAGOYA🍤 is made with Yume-Ginko🌾 from Nagoya city and FIA-2 yeast developed by Aichi prefecture and cultivated also in Nagoya city.
Don't tell anyone that the label on the back says "ALLNAGOY" 🤫.
The top aroma is mildly sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a mild sweetness and a good rice flavor.
Actually, last year's hi-ire sake was so good that this year I bought the same ALLNAGOYA sake, but it was a little too hard.
I wonder if this sake tastes better when it is fire-brewed 🤔.
By chance?
The third and fourth pictures are of Takanomumu's brewery, which is about a 10-minute walk from JR Tokaido Honsen Odaka Station.
Hi, Matsuchiyo-san. I see you are enjoying your sake trip in Aichi 😊There are many sake that I don't know about and I am learning a lot from your posts 📝I love visiting all the breweries for 5 days 💕.
Good evening Peco-san!
In Tokyo, I can drink most of the famous brands in each area, so I prefer to drink brands that I can't drink in Tokyo 😊.
It's like a pilgrimage to a sacred place 😘.
The second drink of Aichi sake in the deep atmosphere of the Fushimi underground shopping mall.
Yumeginko, all-Nagoya junmai sake, with sake rice also grown in Nagoya City.
This junmai sake is soft on the palate with a gentle sweetness.
It was a nice restaurant.
To finish off the meal, we went to Imaike station and had Taiwanese ramen.
It was even better than I had imagined.
Clear, refreshing and spicy.
Japan Sake Brewery Exhibition 2024" Aichi
I stopped by the exhibition at JR Nagoya Takashimaya and tasted a little bit of various sakes.
Yamamori Sake Brewery, Midori-ku, Nagoya City
Founded in 1887
Not "Takanotsume".
It's Takanoyume. ❗️
Takanoyume Bespoke, the color of the sky
16% ALC 720㎖ 2,200 yen
Assemblage of several kinds of domestic rice
Takanoyume Jun Daigarami Oorigarami Nama-shu ALL NAGOYA
Yumeginko 100%, Polishing ratio 50%, ALC16% 720㎖ 2,750 yen
The rice and yeast are all produced in Nagoya.
The second drink was a local Nagoya sake, Taka-no-Yume's original, which was recommended by the waitress.
I thought it was a good drink for the coming season because it was light and refreshing like a summer sake. 🏝️
By the way, it seems to be an assemblage of nama-shu and hi-ire-shu 🍶.
It is fresh and has a good thickness and sharp sharpness. The sake level seems to have been higher than intended, but the lack of sweetness and heaviness, which is common in Takanoyume, is a good impression, and it is good as a food sake.
Tonight we will be serving #Yamamori Shuzo's #Taka no Yume Junmai Sake with salty yakitori.
I had this brand hot sake at a small restaurant in Nagoya the other day. I found it in the sake section of Takashimaya near Nagoya station. The label on the back of the bottle said that it gets sweeter when heated, so I bought it, believing that this must have been the right sake.
Well, well, well...
I think I must have drunk this sake. I warmed it up to hot and waited for it to cool down to about room temperature. Take a sip.
Ah, there is no doubt...this is the flavor.
I'm strangely impressed with how it gets such a sweet taste just by cooling down ⁉️.
I found a great sake😊.
Night Uncle 62, Yamamori Sake Brewery is opening their brewery this weekend and I was hoping to buy some of this sake if they have it.
Thanks for the good information.
Good evening, Uncle Night View No. 62, nice to meet you.
It's great that you can tell this is a delicious sake when it's warmed up and cooled down. ☺️ It's great that you can tell it's this one when you drink it blind!
I also like sweet sake, so I would like to try it if I have a chance 🍶.
Mr. Aladdin.
I thought it was great for drinking slowly. The sweetness of the rice is different from the floral sweetness, which made me realize that sake is made from rice 😊.
