Ordered after the taxi driver. Also raw sake. It's called "Soma no Tengu". It is not possible to read it if it notices the frigana of the label. I'm sorry. It's as difficult to read as Kireuriwari in Osaka. Well, how is the taste...? It's been a long time since I drank muddled sake, so I had a strange feeling at the first sip, but the sweetness came, and I thought it was characteristic to change to sourness soon. Rabenten is not often seen at liquor stores, but since it was at a department store, I bought it. The Yamadanishiki sake was sold out, so I chose Dewa Sanzan. It is quite gorgeous and fruity. The second half is a little spicy, but it is easy to drink.

This Sake is fruity, crisp and has a long aftertaste. The flavor is like a young pear with a hint of licorice. The acidity gives this a bright and full mouth feel. I am surprised at how long the finish is for this Sake.
To close out the summer. Looking back on summer. Finding the Bentsen Natsu Ginjo After all, the Bentsen suits me. It is crisp and has an indescribable sweetness. I want to call it "Benten Umami", not "Japan Blue". Yamagata's local sake.

I had always wanted to come to this restaurant, Jyu. It was a nice place. The sake I chose was Dokure, which is labeled as an amazing sake from Kure. At first sip, I felt a slight sourness, but when paired with food, it was very good. As one would expect from a master brewer, he made the sake he wanted to make himself. I couldn't go anywhere during the second half of GW because I had to stay at home. So on the last day, I will just enjoy the feeling of traveling with this cup of sake. [Fukui Spring New Sake Festival 10] I'm on my 10th cup of sake 😁. I was looking for my favorite "Hakugakusen" and found that it was only available on the first day of the event, so I went here instead 🍶. Unnoi Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo. Banana-like aroma, gentle sweetness on the palate, and a lingering mild umami aftertaste. I have a connection with "Kumonoi" since I brought it to the Kansai Sake-no-Iwa offline meeting I attended last summer, and it is still delicious when I drink it again.

This bottle was given to me as a birthday gift last year. I've been accumulating a stock of sake, so I decided to drink it slowly. It's a rare opportunity to see a bottle of sake in a tobin enclosure! It makes my heart dance ✨. When you open the bottle and pour it, you can smell a slight ginjo aroma. It is almost scentless. The mouthfeel is very clean, but the soft, milky sake quality and subtle sweetness of the rice gradually covers the tongue! The spiciness and the strength of 16% alcohol can be felt in the latter half of the bottle, but the overall flavor is moderate. I think I have not had such a clear sake since I drank the highest quality sake of "Akagisan" (12,000 yen for 720ml)! It is as pure as a gentle breeze. It quietly accompanies you from the beginning to the end. The taste is the very embodiment of "elegance. It is a good bottle to drink by itself or to enjoy as a food wine! Enjoy it carefully over the course of the day👍.
