I bought this when I went to DHC Sake Brewery the other day to drink their new sake 💰 I have to go there at least once when they have new sake 😝 I don't know of any other place where you can drink almost any kind of sake at a reasonable price and bring your own 🤔 What a great sake brewery!

I always buy what I think is the best I've had there 🍶.
This time I chose this Junmai Daiginjo, freshly squeezed new sake 🌾.
I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it was delicious 😋.
The taste is sweet and mild 😝.
It has a peculiar taste in a good way.
It has an image that is not typical of Niigata sake, but I like it 😊and combined with the freshness of freshly squeezed sake, it is delicious 🤤.

Today's drink of the day is opened here 💁.
It's a Koshino-Umezato Koshitanrei Junmai Ginjo from Niigata Prefecture.
The aroma is not that strong and has just the right amount of fruity and dryness.
It also has a nice sharpness.
It is considered to be the best sake for a mealtime drink.

We will have Echino Umezato with Tanshio and Horumon-yaki. It does not have much of an aroma, perhaps because it is a cold sake. It has a moderate acidity in the mouth and a refreshing aftertaste that is delicious with either of the two dishes. Thank you very much for the sake.

It's a local sake and usually only available in one bottle.
Too cold to taste 🤣.
This type of sake should be served at room temperature 🤣.

I realized once again that I prefer DHC sake brewer's raw sake.
When I tasted it at Hanshin Department Store before, there were many I liked even if it was fire-brewed...
The staff recommended this brand when we tasted it at the DHC brewery.
The first half was served cold and the second half was served on the rocks. The second half was served on the rocks, and the clear, umami spicy flavor was nice and stayed with me 🍶.
