At the tasting. Junmai Daiginjo fire-aged Gohyakumangoku. It is mellow, sweet, and beautiful. It has the same label as the affordable unfiltered raw sake sold at Yamaya, but this one was more expensive at 3,300 yen.

I also bought this at Yamaya. The aroma is like a pineapple. It has a mild sweetness and a juicy flavor. This is one of my personal favorites from DHC Sake Brewery. It's been a while since I drank their sake, but it's still delicious. There is a big change in the taste after opening. The pungent taste became more prominent. The pineapple aroma also disappeared. The gradation of the bottle is beautiful.

My wife tasted it at the Niigata Information Center in Ginza and bought it for me because she said it was delicious. I like light and fruity sake, and I think it goes well with sushi🍣.

The 2nd Yodobashi Umeda National Sake Festival ⑫ Koshino-Umesato, Niigata Prefecture. I've had it several times, but was attracted by the limited edition, so I tasted it. ◉Koshinobairi Junmai Daiginjo Genshu A limited edition. It has a sweet, full-bodied flavor and a light, refreshing taste with a bitter finish. Perfect as a mid-meal drink. ◉Koshikoshino Umeiri Junmai Daiginjo Gold Bottle The aroma is slightly floral, fruity, and refreshing without being overpowering. I guess it's a solid award-winner.
