The director of the department gave me a share🍶.
The first Koshino-Umezato. And the sake rice is Koshitanrei. It has a little bit of sweet and tasty feeling, probably because of the Yamadanishiki. Soft and nice 😋.
I see the name of Oguro Brewery is missing from the company name, I wonder what DHC is 🤔.
Hello, Attached Mourning God ☔.
Oguro Sake Brewery was in danger of going out of business due to lack of successors, then DHC bought it in 2014 and it seems to be in the present 🤔.
Hello bouken 🍶 Thank you 😊 I see. I wonder if this pattern will increase in the future. I feel sad about it, but it might be a good thing if the sake brewing continues.
It's interesting to be introduced to DHC breweries and others that I would never drink myself.
I guess they are not that distinctive and are just so-so tasty.
The smell is sweet and mellow, but when you drink it, it has a dry acidity. The alcohol content is a little high and has a punch. Is it the habit of rice? It seems to be different for different tastes. ‼️
However, it may be the best for its cost performance👍.
☀️
It's sweet and tasty, yet refreshing and thirst-quenching.
I thought it was wasabi-like because of the name "sushi wasabi" 🤔
Oh, I need more sushi 🍣🙄.
It feels tangy when you eat sushi🍣 and drink it: ⚡️
Definitely a wasabi-like stimulation 🤩.
I see what you mean by "sushi wasabi", it was a sake that when paired with sushi 🍣 becomes a wasabi that doesn't come off the nose 🤗.
Good morning, Hiro-san!
You are drinking an interesting sake 🎵.
I'm very interested in the fact that it is sweet and tasty but turns into wasabi when paired with sushi 😋.
Hi ma-ki-😃.
Obviously this sake is made with sushi in mind 😁.
I'd like to try it with sushi or sashimi without wasabi next time 🤗.
If you see it, ma-ki, please give it a try: ❗️
Dry and crisp ginjo-genshu. It has a well-balanced taste with a good lightness while retaining the goodness of the original sake when served on the rocks.
The aroma is sweet and floral.
The mouthfeel is soft and sweet, but soon after, one feels the pungency of alcohol and a slight sourness. The aftertaste is refreshing, but the pungency remains.
Alcohol content: 16%.
Sake level: Normal
Acidity: Low
Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Next is a sake made by that DHC.
A sweet, fruity, easy-drinking Junmai Daiginjo straight down the middle.
It seems to be easily accepted by beginners 😆.
It's snowing all the time...cold! So let's drink! I drank yesterday too👍
I opened it a while ago but forgot to raise it 💦.
I tasted this one at the store and it was so good that I bought it immediately. It's easy to drink, tastes really refreshing and too delicious.
I had it with oden today.
The alcohol content is 16%.
I finished it and would like to open a new one 🍶.
