At "Umashishi-Shu Mie 2025 in Kabuto-cho, Tokyo" 🍶. It was my very favorite sake 🥰. It was refreshing and sweet at the same time. I want to drink it again!

There was a general meeting of the six central prefectures' surveyors' associations. This year, I was in charge of my prefecture, so I collected this much sake at the sake corner 👆 (You can already tell which prefecture I am a land and house surveyor, right😅) (I can already tell which prefecture's land surveyor is in charge 😅) I was told to leave the sake selection to him since he didn't know much about it. Well, I chose the sake based on my own judgment and my own taste 😄In the end, I collected 19 bottles! It's like a sake fair when you put them all together like this! When I heard that the sake was good on the day of the event or the day after, I felt a bit smug 😤! And one of the bottles in the lineup! This is the first one in a long time! Yopa Memo_φ(・・・) Fruity, gorgeous The aroma is a bit strong. Some people may not like it. When you open the cork, you'll see 💨. There is a lot of freshness. It was delicious 😋😋😋😋. Thanks for the drink!

memo This is an item brought to a recent sake meeting. It is a sake made by Imuraya, famous for its azuki bar. Apparently, azuki has nothing to do with it. It was a small bottle, so it was sold out immediately. Everyone was so interested in the specifics that I was unable to take any pictures. I hope to see them again.

Fukuwagura Junmai Ginjyo Nama Shu 60% 15%, 300ml Mr. U of Kinsho-kai gave us a small bottle of this sake. It is made from Kami no Hobo sake produced in Mie Prefecture. I thought for a moment that it might be a bit dry, but it is sweet with a strong aftertaste. It tastes like white wine. The aroma was too sweet and smelly. I wonder if the Mie Prefecture yeast, MK3, is responsible for the artificial ginjo aroma. It's a high-class sake that costs 2,400 yen for a four-pack, but it's still in a realm I don't understand. Rice polishing ratio: 60 Sake brewing rooted in the terroir" and "Four Seasons Brewing 🍶As for the sake from Imuraya, it was delicious and enjoyable, while being covered in miscellaneous thoughts of whether it would taste like an azuki bar (even though it wouldn't). [thanks for the encounter at my favorite restaurant].
