Due to a sudden change in my work schedule, I had a three-day weekend from the 8th to the 10th, so I dropped my child off at daycare and went to Tokuji Sake Shop (Kusatsu and Konan) and Takatsu Sake Shop in Shiga Prefecture to visit liquor stores a little further away.
My main goal was to drink "Akabu", which I have been wanting to drink for a long time, but there were many other sake brands that I was interested in, and I found myself looking for more.
In the end, I bought 3 bottles including "Akabu" and will review them in the future. ✨️
I put the large catch of sake in the cellar and opened this one, which had been sleeping in the back for a long time 🍶 and had a drink with it.
Fukuwakura Junmai Ginjo
First time drinking at Mie Sake House.

The aroma is full of ginjo aroma, a slight gassy feeling on the tip of the tongue, and a mellow sweetness that spreads to the palate, followed by a bitter taste that finishes with a gentle aftertaste and lingering bitterness on the tongue.

The aroma is also full of ginjo aroma, and the mouthfeel is slightly gassy, with a smooth umami sweetness that finishes with a gentle lingering bitterness that is felt in the back of the throat at the end.
We also had some "Mie Nakatoro (medium fatty tuna)" and "Engawa Oshizushi (pressed sushi)" which were in stock at the fish shop, and we got some "Akafuku" which we wanted to pair with it at the service area on the way to the restaurant.
[Akafuku is not so good because of the strong alcohol taste after the sweetness, but the brown sugar taste of the Adzuki Bar is intoxicating!
The fourth one is [dry curry] 🍛 that I usually order on the night shift.
I thought about it a lot and thought this would be another curry activity 🤔.
I can't stand the spicy hotness of the curry powder [red can] that seems to be in abundance 🥰.
