The fourth cup. Choryu Shuzo has its headquarters and brewery in Hiroyo, Nara Prefecture, but they also have a brewery in Yatsuo, which was exhibited at this booth. It has a pleasant aroma of cedar barrels and a clean taste. It was the perfect sake for a quiet drink.

I posted offline and forgot to put this 💦. First time for both Ippongi and Denshin. I thought I could buy them anytime and I avoided them because of their dry image😅. The top aroma is like pineapple and tropical fruits. The initial aroma is like pineapple or tropical fruits. The second half is quite spicy though it has fruity and soft sweetness. I wonder if the softness is due to the fact that it is bagged.

I wanted a dry, dry drink. There are days when I'm in that mood. You might say don't choose raw, but I realized it after the sake bottle came. I enjoyed it with yudofu. It fits my mood today. When I think of dry, dry sake, I think of Niigata, Hiroshima, and Kochi. I admit to disagreeing.

This Sake paired well with the home made bacon we had with dinner. The flavor profile is bright with the flavor of banana and has a dry, clean finish. The dryness is mild and not overly strong.
★3.0 Weak aroma, herbaceous, cemedine, muscat. The mouthfeel is also quite dry. Quite dry for a Fukushima sake. Would go well with fatty sashimi.

Ordered after the taxi driver. Also raw sake. It's called "Soma no Tengu". It is not possible to read it if it notices the frigana of the label. I'm sorry. It arrived just a few minutes ago. This morning, the sake was pressed early in the morning. It seems I forgot to buy it last year, but this year I reserved it and bought it. I couldn't stand it, so I had a cup in my inoguchi. I love Tomikunishiki, but this year's Risshun morning pressing has a little acidity, a clean throat, and not much of an aftertaste. It's delicious!
