From the pretty pink bottle
Sweet atmosphere
Alcohol content 14%, Sake degree ➖16
Soft and gentle sweetness combined well with the acidity of white malted rice.
Not too sweet, not too sharp, good for drinking slowly.
Beautiful pink-gold color and bubbles when poured into a glass
There is quite a bit of grape acidity.
It softens a little as the temperature rises, but it's not very sake-like.
I'm a little worried about what to serve with it.
I hope it will be more like sake if it changes after tomorrow!
First time drinking it.
Light sweetness and a little gas.
The flavor spreads in the mouth immediately.
It finishes nicely with a slight bitterness.
Good aftertaste, or maybe a little sweetness lingers?
I am looking forward to the change after tomorrow!
I purchased summer liquor and opened it immediately.
Alcoholic and a little gassy when opened.
Fruity acidity and delayed umami.
The second glass, after shaking it lightly and mixing it with the oriki...
The sweet and sour flavors are well combined.
Maybe because of the alcohol content, it is not too sharp, but it does not leave a lingering aftertaste, so it is good during a meal.
Summer sake purchased for the first time in a long time
The beautiful blue bottle is very cool!
Sake with a hint of color
When chilled in the refrigerator, it has a sweet and tasty flavor.
Sweet and tasty!
The second glass is on the rocks.
It is lighter than shochu on the rocks, but it leaves a strong aftertaste, so it can be served with oily food.
By the way, I paired it with spring rolls today.
The alcohol content is high, so it doesn't dilute the taste.
I'll try heating it up tomorrow!
It's only 500ml, but you can enjoy it in many ways and it's a great value!
Finally, early summer
Summer sake on tap!
Normally, this sake is supposed to be fired, but the one we were able to get was an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. ✌️
Corked with a bit of vigor!
Fine bubbles in the glass!
When I drank it, it didn't have the fizziness that I expected, but had a refreshing sweetness and a slightly numb aftertaste on the tongue.
I'm going to leave it for tomorrow to see how it changes!
We had a small dinner
We had it at a high-class tempura sushi restaurant.
Bespoke sounds special!
I guess high-class restaurants serve high-class sake!
The taste is soft sweetness and acidity that doesn't interfere with the meal.
The smooth and not too sharp aftertaste was not enough to pair with sushi, but that's the atmosphere 😆.
Slightly yellowish.
Sweetness, acidity, and a hint of bitterness spread across the tongue at once.
Not too sweet for a kijoshu, but rather dry.
Surprisingly, it can be enjoyed as a food sake 😊.
Last of our spring sake...
It should be ///////♥️
Light enough to drink on its own.
A little gasiness remains, but not so much that you can feel it on your tongue.
Refreshing sweetness and acidity that is on par with the beautiful blue-ish color of the bottle.
Thinking of the fleeting 🌸 that we didn't get to see much of this year
I thought this lightness would be great for a picnic!
A sake I've always wanted to try at a restaurant I always go to that I've never met before.
Clear sweetness and a little sourness with a young melon flavor.
It's a little bit frizzy, but it goes down softly.
I paired it with a smoked dish, so I could enjoy the depth and complexity of the flavors.
Not grilled oysters, but raw oysters.
A light sake with a strong acidity.
I think it goes well with fish in general.
It removes the fishy smell of fish, but it's still refreshing, so it's perfect as a mealtime drink.
It also goes well with oily food.
Good balance of sweet and sour, but alcohol feeling at the end.
I see that it is alcoholic.
But it seems to go well with salty or strong flavored dishes, so I wonder if it is suitable for restaurants.
Pair with pasta.
Sweetness, light gasiness, acidity, a little at the end
A touch of alcohol at the end
Cute pink bottle and label.
I think it was the last glass, so the taste was quite mellow, but it's a good sake to pair with a meal.
At a standing bar
Order a fruity, easy-drinking
Low alcohol content drink
Wine-like but not astringent and really easy to drink
I want people who want dry sake to drink it.
I want you to drink it!
Good aroma
Mild on the palate
Light sweetness and acidity
The deep umami follows.
There is a little bit of alcohol taste and a little bit of sibilance on the tongue.
It goes well with snacks.
By the way, I paired it with Chanja and Ume crystals.
Kamo Nishiki is known for its kafuda sake
This is a hidden sake at a restaurant I often visit
Mild aroma
Easy to drink, clear sake
Good umami aftertaste
Good sharpness and easy to match with meals
Yellow💛
Sweet and heavy white wine
Not only sweet, but also acidic.
It's sharp.
Easy to drink because even though it's sweet, it doesn't leave a lingering taste
Would you like to drink it at the end of a meal?
I'd like to let the rest of the wine sit or warm up
Good aroma
When you put it in your mouth, it has a gentle sweetness, followed immediately by umami, alcohol and astringency.
When you finish it, the alcohol taste lingers in the mouth.
It may be good with Western food because of its fresh sweetness.
Clear color
Light gasiness and fruity flavor on the palate.
A little banana at the end, with a slight lemon-like bitterness that lingers.
The aftertaste lingers on the upper jaw and makes you want to drink it again.
