I also bought this at Yamaya. The aroma is like a pineapple. It has a mild sweetness and a juicy flavor. This is one of my personal favorites from DHC Sake Brewery. It's been a while since I drank their sake, but it's still delicious.
There is a big change in the taste after opening. The pungent taste became more prominent. The pineapple aroma also disappeared.
The gradation of the bottle is beautiful.
