(^-^)V🍶🍶🍶+ Today we had a cup of Akita Prefecture's Fukunotomo cup sake again 😀 It is full of rice flavor, with a little sweetness coming later, and a gentle taste on the nose☺It is a delicious sake that is easy to drink 😚.

I bought it because of the cute bunny label - ⤴️😊 Light, clean, fruity🌸🍶✨ Slightly lactic acidic 🐮🐮‼️ I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea. I enjoy it very much.

Caramelly
Smells like caramel, baked apples, ripe. Yellowish liquid. Taste of caramel and a bit of sweetness and acidity. I opened the bottle as soon as I bought it, but the shipment was a year ago.

Ota Sake Brewery in Shiga, which brews Doukan. This is my first time to try this brand 🍶. It is a rich, robust, unadulterated sake. It is easy to drink without any peculiarities. It has a mild sweetness.

At my usual restaurant This week I was full time for five days after the holidays. so I couldn't wait for the weekend to arrive. The first sake was this one! It was freshly cut so it was a bit bubbly. It was freshly cut so it was a little fizzy. ☺️ The side dish was pork belly cartilage with ponzu sauce!

Shikoku x Sake Country 2025 Sake Brewery Wonderland On Osaka - A Spectacle of Sake and Food in Shikoku Junmai Arigokudaimai Very graininess and fullness, enhanced by acidity and astringency, but it needs to be heated. A heated sake corner is a must! Yamadanishiki 80 This one is also very dry and powerful! I asked where they sell it... Seriously, I have nothing to do! I want to go to Hattori Ryokuchi and buy some!

Purchased at a liquor store in Nakazaki-cho after an event at Ogimachi Park with Nemuchi The design looks like something you'd find in a bottle at an izakaya 😅. Normally I wouldn't pass it up, but I thought it looked unusual and bought it. It's been a year since it was made, but I don't feel it's aged too long. It is light, refreshing and easy to drink.

Type: junmai daiginjo, rice polishing rate: 50%, alc.: 16% Floral aroma, vanilla, marshmallow and a little bit of savoury aroma. Flavor feels dry with sharp acidity and bitterness of alcohol. Earthy flavor lingers for a while. Not too good not too bad. Decent price here in Europe.
Drinks consumed at the lunch buffet I had the impression that it had been available in all restaurants for a long time. The taste was "safe". Low alcohol content, no peculiarities Good for lunchtime drinking.

Maruishi Sake Brewery and local farmers in Nisato This sake was brewed by reviving Manzai rice, an edible rice grown in Saida and offered to the Emperor Taisho for his coronation at the first ceremonial offering of the rice to the Emperor. I am a local, but I did not know the existence of Manzai rice! The taste of the rice makes me think back to 100 years ago!

Maruishi Brewing's Chohyo year-end festival, second bottle. This sake is made from Manzai, an edible rice that has been revived in Okazaki. It is a junmai daiginjo, and naturally it has a beautiful, fruity taste, but compared to Nitoshi, it has more robust rice flavor than acidity and sweetness...I think. Am I biased? Is it my imagination?

Limited brand of Daishinshu: 🇯🇵 Buy it during your pilgrimage to the Holy Land✨. Only about 10 dealers carry this brand. You can find anything in the Holy Land........ 🤣. The ginjo aroma is green apple 🍏. It's been a long time since I've had a Daishinshu, but we share the same aroma 😤. I wonder if the sake rice is Hitogokochi or Miyamanishiki? (→ later I checked and it was Hitogochiki 😳) The balance of sweetness and umami, and then acidity to finish is perfect🤣.

Ikebukuro with friends on Wednesday. It was not an all-you-can-drink party. Sake was my friend's choice as we sunk into the sake swamp. It was my first Hakuba Nishiki. Nice choice. It tasted like it would be ranked high in the Nigorin picks. It was fresh, fruity, sweet and refreshing. The upper half of the label is European and the lower half is Japanese, which gives it a Showa-era feel.

Oniyasha Centrifuged Junmai Ginjo Nigori Sake. It is a delicious sake with a creamy mouthfeel and a bitter taste that comes after the umami and goes down the throat. I think it's a slightly dry nigorizake. It's delicious 😋The label has a picture of the top and bottom. The direction of the label is reversed from the normal Oniyasha label.

I started to drink and took out my phone to see how I felt about it, but I didn't take a picture of it 💦That's a bummer! I'm glad I didn't take them all at once💦. It's the holiday season, so I got this cup of sake 😚🍶😚🍶♪ Kapan⭐︎ and open it up, yeah, it smells great☺️💕! It's very smooth on the palate, and then suddenly it comes with a cue. Like it disappears smoothly and goes back to flat? 🤔 Don't drink too much! I'm sure I'll drink too much just like it says on the cup. Thanks for the treat 😋💕

I received this as a souvenir from a trip to Kurashiki 😆. It had a unique taste, but it became easier to drink as the day went by than the first day the bottle was opened. Personally, I enjoyed it. The brewery is located in Kurashiki's Bikan Historical Quarter 🫶. Where to buy it:I received it as a souvenir💕

When I was in college, a sake-loving professor recommended this bottle to me. It is dry and has a rich taste. I really like the kick that a dry sake gives when it goes down your throat... ⌯́́⌯̀⌯́⌯̀⌯₎. It's been a while since I've had it 🥰. I guess I like dry sake after all.

I bought this sake when I was in Kurashiki. I was surprised at how smooth and smooth it tastes... I was also surprised at the dry but full-bodied taste. I was not a fan of Aragashiri, but I found it to be a delicious sake!
