This is the first time I have had Haneya.
This is the ultimate freshly squeezed sake, completely unfiltered and sealed in the bottle within 6 hours ^_^.

We received Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori again this year.
When you open the bottle, you will feel a whiffle, so be careful when opening the bottle.

This is a new sake nigori following Jikin.
It is a little sweeter than the nigori of Jikin, but it is also refreshing.

A bottle of sake I wanted to drink.

Tsuru no Tomo Kamihaku
I heard a rumor that it was cheap and tasty, so I bought it at a store in Niigata City.
First, I drank it at room temperature. It is slightly sweet and has a beautiful mouthfeel. The initial alcohol taste is strong, but it disappears quickly. The sweetness is addictive.
Next, we served it cold. The sweetness is more refreshing and easier to drink than at room temperature.
It is a sake that you should always have on hand as a food sake.
