Dry and crisp ginjo-genshu. It has a well-balanced taste with a good lightness while retaining the goodness of the original sake when served on the rocks.
The aroma is sweet and floral.
The mouthfeel is soft and sweet, but soon after, one feels the pungency of alcohol and a slight sourness. The aftertaste is refreshing, but the pungency remains.
Alcohol content: 16%.

Next is a sake made by that DHC.
A sweet, fruity, easy-drinking Junmai Daiginjo straight down the middle.
It seems to be easily accepted by beginners 😆.
It's snowing all the time...cold! So let's drink! I drank yesterday too👍
I opened it a while ago but forgot to raise it 💦.
I tasted this one at the store and it was so good that I bought it immediately. It's easy to drink, tastes really refreshing and too delicious.
I had it with oden today.
The alcohol content is 16%.
I finished it and would like to open a new one 🍶.
I drank it because of the name!
Love it 🩷.
It was hard to choose a tasting among so many. LOL!
But the first one I drank was my favorite!
I can't choose 😊.
18% alcohol by volume
Company name changed in 2016 (DHC Brewery).
Sweet aroma and mouthfeel.
It has a sweet taste, but it is moderate with a strong flavor.
However, when drunk with spicy food, the spiciness comes out and you can enjoy a different aspect of it.
Niigata, light, dry sake. You can enjoy the dark flavor afterwards, which has not been watered down. As one would expect from Niigata sake, it is delicious!
