At the tasting. Junmai Daiginjo fire-aged Gohyakumangoku. It is mellow, sweet, and beautiful. It has the same label as the affordable unfiltered raw sake sold at Yamaya, but this one was more expensive at 3,300 yen.

I also bought this at Yamaya. The aroma is like a pineapple. It has a mild sweetness and a juicy flavor. This is one of my personal favorites from DHC Sake Brewery. It's been a while since I drank their sake, but it's still delicious. There is a big change in the taste after opening. The pungent taste became more prominent. The pineapple aroma also disappeared. The gradation of the bottle is beautiful.

Company name changed in 2016 (DHC Brewery). Sweet aroma and mouthfeel. It has a sweet taste, but it is moderate with a strong flavor. However, when drunk with spicy food, the spiciness comes out and you can enjoy a different aspect of it.

Purchased from Niigata DHC Brewery I bought this when I went to DHC Sake Brewery the other day to drink their new sake 💰 I have to go there at least once when they have new sake 😝 I don't know of any other place where you can drink almost any kind of sake at a reasonable price and bring your own 🤔 What a great sake brewery! I don't know any sake brewery where you can drink almost all kinds of sake at a reasonable price and you can bring your own 🤔What a nice brewery... My personal favorite and close to the station 😊. I always buy what I think is the best I've had there 🍶. This time I chose this Junmai Daiginjo, freshly squeezed new sake 🌾. I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it was delicious 😋. The taste is sweet and mild 😝. It has a peculiar taste in a good way. It has an image that is not typical of Niigata sake, but I like it 😊and combined with the freshness of freshly squeezed sake, it is delicious 🤤. Thank you for the treat 🤤!
