I bought this when I went to DHC Sake Brewery the other day to drink their new sake 💰 I have to go there at least once when they have new sake 😝 I don't know of any other place where you can drink almost any kind of sake at a reasonable price and bring your own 🤔 What a great sake brewery!

This time I chose this Junmai Daiginjo, freshly squeezed new sake 🌾.
I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it was delicious 😋.
The taste is sweet and mild 😝.
It has a peculiar taste in a good way.
It has an image that is not typical of Niigata sake, but I like it 😊and combined with the freshness of freshly squeezed sake, it is delicious 🤤.

We will have Echino Umezato with Tanshio and Horumon-yaki. It does not have much of an aroma, perhaps because it is a cold sake. It has a moderate acidity in the mouth and a refreshing aftertaste that is delicious with either of the two dishes. Thank you very much for the sake.

DHC Sake Brewery where we drink and buy various kinds of sake at the tasting.
Sake no Wa is still registered as a brand name as Oguro Sake Brewery 😅
So I'm going to pick up and drink the ones I've never had before without drinking the raw sake.
