The second drink I had at Sennyuji Kiln Autumn Leaves Festival 🍁 was Tomio's Shiboritate.
Because of its high alcohol content? It had a strong flavor, and the taste of the sake was very strong. I would like to try it with heated sake 😊.

The mouthfeel is clean and moderately umami. The acidity and the clear umami taste make it taste like the supernatant of plain yogurt. It is a little dry, which I like a lot.
It is said to be the only sake available at Fushimizu Sake Brewery Alley!
