Fruity and fresh. The flavor is rich but very gentle. I wondered what a "sasai" was and looked it up. It seems to be a state of slight ooze. It sounds good. And it tastes good.
Purchased at the brewery's own store "Okina-ya".
It is so delicious that I keep buying and drinking it over and over again.
Yamahadai has a strong and powerful image, but this one is so fruity that you can't stop drinking it.
Purchased after tasting at Isetan Kyoto
Tasted after Premiere Amour, not Premium Ale. This is well-balanced. Sake, freshness, mellow umami, sweetness and dryness. And the price! The best value for money. I tasted many kinds of Tomioh, but this is the cheapest and tastiest! I guess there must be some hidden good sake all over the country.
It seems to be a limited edition, but I recommend it.
Good evening, ma-ki-!
Wow, you went last month!
It was really delicious and I ate a lot of it 😋✨.
The master was also very friendly. I was surprised to see alcohol poured from the wall 🤣.
The next sake is Tomio by Kitagawa Honke, which I brought back from my sake brewery tour last year!
This time it was Premiere Amour.
I remember it was a very fruity sake when I tasted it!
Well, let's have it right away!
First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
In the mouth, it is fruity with not too much sweetness and acidity.
It has a ripe apple-like flavor.
The finish is short and smooth.
It has a mild taste, so it goes well with meals.
Although it has a mild impression, the more you drink, the more fruity and delicious it is!
It was truly a blissful time for me to finish the day with a delicious sake!
Good evening, ma-ki-!
The more you drink, the more fruity is a phrase that makes me want to try it 🤤.
With Sandesi, you might have to buy 3 bottles to get enough 😆.
Thank you for your comment, Hiro.
This one has a mild taste, so the more you drink, the more you can taste the flavor 🎵.
I think one bottle is certainly not enough for you, Hiro 😁✨.
Hello ma-ki-san ^_^
I have not had many sake from Kyoto before, but now I have more and more from Jyuseki and Sawaya-Matsumoto.
I have never encountered this sake, but it looks delicious and I would like to try it 😊.
Thank you for your comment, Manta.
You drank Jyuseki, Matsumoto-san, didn't you? ⤴️
I also found a lot of Kyoto sake thanks to the brewery tour 🎵.
This one is fruity and good for when you just want a quick drink 😊.
Thanks for your comment, Pon.
That's right: ⤴️
It was a great experience to enjoy a cup of sake while remembering the fun brewery tours 🎵.
It made me want to visit the breweries again 😊.
New Year Sake Activity Walking 1️⃣
The last of our New Year Sake Activity came to Fushimi, Kyoto 😀.
First, we paid a visit to Fushimi Inari-san and then circled the top of Mt.
From there, we visited Mikamiya Shrine, famous for its famous sake brewing water, Gokomizu, and then went on a tour of the sake breweries in Fushimi 😀 First, we visited Tomiou, a brewery that brews sake.
First, we visited Kitagawa Honke, the brewer of Tomiou 😀.
The tasting was Junmai Daiginjo, directly pumped from the bottle and its suzu nigori 😀.
It was a delicious sake with a refreshing taste from start to finish🙆.
The store's specialty was Junmai Daiginjo Naokumi, but what we bought to take home was also Usunigori🤣.
But this Naokumi was certainly a delicious sake too 🙆.
Good evening, Yasube-san.
I see you went on the Fushimi sake brewery tour 🎵.
I went to Kitagawa Honke not too long ago too ⤴️
I'm reminiscing about how much fun it was 😊.
I wonder if you will be participating in the new Nigorinpic 😁✨.
Good evening, ma-ki-chan 😀
I've been to Fushimi a few times, but this was my first visit to Tomiou 😅.
It was so good that I wonder why I never went there before 😀.
Tomio for the first time in about 20 years.
The sake is bottled directly from a faucet that comes out of the wall of the brewery's store.
The bottles are sold by weight and are bottled directly from the faucet that comes out of the wall of the sake brewery's shop.
The type of sake changes depending on the season, but this time it was Junmai Daiginjo.
The taste was, for better or worse, traditional Fushimi sake. It had a strong sweet taste with a sweet aftertaste, and for my taste, I would have liked a little more sharpness. I would have liked a little more sharpness.
