It seems to be brewed in the basement of an apartment building in Hiroshima city.
It's like Nippon Izumi from Gifu.
This one was purchased at Yamada Sake Brewery in Edion, Hiroshima.
Sake Sho Yamada seems to have a lot of famous brands on display, but this store also seems to have a local sake corner!
The liquor department at EDION Namba is also owned by Yamada Sake Brewery, but it's bigger than the one in front of Osaka Sake Brewery.
Maybe because of the upcoming Expo 🤔.
There are breweries that brew in apartments, like Kamizo and Yuki no Bijin, but they are not underground. Are there other underground breweries?
The aroma is promising, with a gorgeous ginjo aroma.
But when you drink it, it has no taste.
