This is the second stage of this year's Moeibuki.
This year I bought a sake that I was interested in when it was released last year,
And this is my first visit to Houraitsuru.
I was expecting to be able to buy it anytime since the brewery is located near the city center,
It tasted a little fruity and had a moeibuki flavor.
Is the sake a bit on the dry side?

It goes well with baby sardine sashimi, a must at this time of year.
I used Umakuchi soy sauce from Miyajima Soy Sauce instead of Sashimi Soy Sauce, but the soy sauce is also delicious.
I'm getting a little far from sake,
It was a delicious sake.

The bitterness is a bit harsh, but once you get used to it, it's good.
