I was expecting to be able to buy it anytime since the brewery is located near the city center,

It removes the fishy smell of fish, but it's still refreshing, so it's perfect as a mealtime drink.
It also goes well with oily food.

This local sake is made from 100% Hiroshima-grown rice suitable for sake brewing, and is produced by the Hara Brewery, which is located in the basement of a building in the city's Naka Ward.
It has a gorgeous fruity aroma, a mild lychee and grape crossed aroma, a delicate yet slightly bodied flavor, and a sweet and acidic finish with a round aftertaste 😋.
