This Sake is bright and slightly tart. There are flavors of apple and a hint of pear. A medium mouth feel with acidity to clean your pallet. Nicely refreshing.

Although the label is damaged, the Sake is a beautiful melon flavor with a hint of banana. There is also some acidity to give it some dryness at the finish. Good balance between sweet and dry with a medium mouth feel. Excellent!

At Ya-Ya in Kobe. This is the first time to drink Neko Masamune since it was transferred from the defunct Omi Sake Brewery to Maihime🐱. It has a sweet taste with a slight graininess from the freshness. It tastes a little messy, but it's not that bad, right? Might prefer it to Omi Neko Masamune 🤔. Next up was the Ittiki Senzan Comet Nama-no-Hara Sake. The only sake from Gifu that I know of is Ikki Senzan, so I thought I'd give it a try. It was a brand that had just been opened. It was a brand that had just been opened, so I liked the way the flavor was firmly on the tongue. The sweetness was not too strong and flowed down the throat easily. This is the first hit I've had in a long time. I wanted to drink it slowly, but I had to keep up with the pace of my grandchildren. On the Shinkansen, we open another bottle of Nara Sake, Kisenju✨. The palate is sweet and sour and yogurt-like. It is light and pleasantly schwishy. It is easy to drink even in a tipsy state! It is also gorgeous and strawberry-like, so it feels like strawberry yogurt. And the last one is Yamazaki 12 years old from sake. We ended our trip with a glass of Shinkansen Gokukkatai ice cream 😌.
