Fullness and sharpness seem to be the selling points. It has a fruity, sour and delicious taste in the mouth, followed by a bit of bitterness. At the end, there is a refreshing crispness.

Good evening, again for our first series, this time from Nara Prefecture, this brewery 💁♂️
KURAMOTO Ym64 SAKE-TEN 2022BY✨
This is a historical sake brewery, but they have changed their production in recent years to create a more modern lineup. They were recently featured on "Wakate no Yoake" (Dawn of the Young 🙌).

The aroma is of clear herbs and sweet honey from the aging process of kijoshu. The taste also has a clear acidity on the attack for a moment, but soon bursts with a rounded sweet flavor and richness that is typical of kijoshu 😊The finish is light and dry and crisp, and you can just enjoy the lingering taste.
I prefer the fresh one, but this sake has the goodness of aging and is very tasty to drink 😋.
