It's been a long time since I've had a Snow Kayasha~. Last year's sake tasted like white wine, but this is Akita's sake! It tastes like Akita sake! When drunk on its own, the alcohol is too strong and it's not easy to drink, but as a mid-meal drink, it complements the food ✨. Goes great with grilled chicken with miso, shrimp tempura, fried saury 😭. I bet this is a versatile one that goes well with sashimi and sushi as well!

I was attracted by the beautiful cherry blossom label and bought it. It is recommended as a food sake after it is thoroughly chilled. It has a rich sweet flavor, but is it refreshing? I looked closely and saw that it was alcohol-added: ☺️ It goes great with today's well-seasoned fried food and today's spring rolls ✨. Cherry blossoms in full bloom, blooming in the dark night but clearly and distinctly visible. The label makes you think that the taste is just like the image of this cherry blossom. And the cosiest.

I was curious about the flower eups that I couldn't get, but a neighbor brought them to my parents' house for a drink 🥹 and there are two kinds: ‼️ So, we compared the drinks 😋. Dewa Sanzan is a real sweet sake. The Omachi has a refreshing sweetness with a light bitterness and is more suited for a mealtime drink, which I prefer 😚 so I brought this one home ✨. I brought this one home and paired it with yakitori sauce, yellowtail sashimi, and fried oysters. It's not a great match, but it's even better than usual 😭. I want to drink it again but it's hard to find 🤣.

Bringing a souvenir to my parents' house It is Miyamanishiki grown in Kawaguchi Natto's own rice field. It has a strong umami flavor and is very dry 😋. Very easy to pair with food ✨. Sashimi, oden, pizza, gratin, potato soup, you name it 👍! Next year, I'm going to compare the wines!

Found at Morino Market 💡 There was also an aged version of the same brand that was released last year, but I got the one released this year first! I had a hard time deciding what to pair it with, but I selected fried oysters and honey mustard chicken✨! The aroma was weak, not as sweet or sour as I expected, but light and well-balanced anyway ✨☺️ Sake! It is easy to drink without feeling like sake. It can be drunk like a white wine, but I think it can be matched with a wider range of dishes than white wine. ❗️ It's also great with clichés and cured ham.

I got it when I went back home. It's been about 10 years since I've been to Sakura. The spiciness of the sake is not defeated by the sweetness and sourness. Sake degree +2? I feel more spiciness than that 😳 It's also the spiciness from the high alcohol content. In addition, there is a feeling of heat in the throat and stomach 😅. Is this what you call classic taste? If so, what goes well with it is orthodox Japanese food! I prepared mackerel simmered in miso and chicken saikyo yaki😋. Both matched as expected, so I'm satisfied!

I had it before and liked it so much I got it again 😆. BBQ, corn, edamame, cucumbers... perfect for summer 😁. I like to drink it with soda since it is 20 degrees. And if you mix it with Wilson lemon, it becomes refreshing and easy to drink ✨. It came in handy in the summer when I wanted to drink very much ☺️

Cotton store's summer sake: ☀️ It has a strong acidity and an unexpectedly strong bitterness. Even when well chilled, it tastes warm. It's not my favorite on its own, but it really comes into its own when paired with food 😳. The acidity goes well with chicken oil 😭I bet this would go well with fried food too. I don't mind the bitterness when it's a food wine, why 😅? I went through the spring, summer, fall, and winter, and each one is unique. It's hard to predict the taste just from the information on the label. I wish you would send out your recommendations for dishes 😭

Summer version of hode nasu 🍆. First time I've ever purchased summer ✨. It's completely different from the winter version, crispy 😳 almost no acidity! I prepared a steak with the winter flavor, but I ate it with yesterday's leftover mansaku and ate the hode nasu with edamame and cucumbers 😅. Hode nasu in summer is more like sushi or pickles than meat 🤔.

Mansaku no Hana is my idea of orthodox Akita sake✨. This one claims to be slightly carbonated, but it's not, but it's very well carbonated! Even the day after opening the bottle, it's still carbonated! It tastes sweet and tasty + crisp! The sweetness doesn't linger, so the spiciness of the alcohol and the carbonation make it crisp ✨. I wanted to make it sleet in the freezer like it says on the label, but I finished it as is 🤦.

I finally got around to opening a bottle of this summer-only Hiwada. Most summer sakes are refreshing, but this one is sweet and sour and has a big bone structure. Nichiranda is a versatile sake, so of course it goes well with the sashimi I prepared, but I think it's more for meat 😅The acidity seems to go well with the oil 😋.

I saw it in the store and was curious about it, so I bought it... I had an image of purple air being sweet, but it's dry and refreshing 😁. The sweet and sourness is there and I feel the freshness of the ramune ✨. The bubbles bursting in the glass is beautiful and I love it this time of year 😆.

Purchased because of the 60% milled rice ratio and 20 alcohol by volume. I wanted to drink it on the rocks on the day the rainy season ended, so I opened the bottle. ☀️ I paired it with frozen Genghis Khan that I brought back from Tono. It's well separated, so I shook it lightly before putting it in ice 🧊. It's less lactic than I thought it would be, and it's very spicy and thick, but it's cold and refreshing and delicious 🤤. I like this kind of sketchy in a good way. My brain feels good🤩. Definitely this for Genghis Khan 😭

Kakuemon in summer with cute shikuma bottles😍. I wonder if this bear is modeled after Gota? Bring it to the drinking party! The aroma is sweet and fruity 😚. But the taste is light and refreshing, with just the right amount of spiciness, so you don't have to choose what to cook with! Perfect for everything from edamame and pickled cucumbers to pizza, pasta, gratin, and party food👍. Three drinkers and we emptied it in seconds 😭.

The rainy season is about to end, so we hurriedly opened the package. Unique sweet and sour taste, stable and delicious 😆. The boundary between sweet and sour is not so clear than usual Wataya, and the ambiguity is like the sky in the rainy season. The dishes were tandoori chicken and eggplant grilled with spices 🍆. I like cotton-ya that doesn't let the strong peculiarities of the spices get the better of it 😊.

I bought it in January, but it was too good to open, so I opened it at my parents' house. This is a Junmai Daiginjo sake matured by Hagino Shuzo. When I hear the word "aged", I imagine a unique fermented aroma and taste, but this sake has a beautiful aroma and taste like Hagi no Tsuru, but with the strength of Hiwada 😳. It's easy to pair with meals, and you'll never get tired of drinking it, so it will keep you coming back for more...

Only Ichinokura brand sake is made in Kurihara City. When Mr. Tokoro introduced it in a TV shooting at the end of last year, it was in short supply in Kurihara City 😱😆😆. The first sip tastes slightly sweet and clean without any peculiar taste. It goes well with kiwi and kurichi wrapped with prosciutto ham. It also goes well with strong meat dishes!

Got it at a liquor store in Tomiya City. This one is sweet but easy to match with food and I like it 😚. As expected, it's sweet and umami, but it's also very refreshing ✨. I think it's because it's unfiltered raw, but I can really taste the rice 😳. I had it with saikyo yaki chicken and carpaccio of prosciutto ham 👍. It's easy to prepare dishes when you know what it tastes like 😌.

Towa, went on a day trip to Tono and purchased at a roadside station in Tono ~. Tono is a major producer of doburoku. This doburoku also has sweet, dry and junmai ginjo! The sweetness and sourness are moderate. It has no peculiarity and is easy to drink. The rice has a crumbly texture as if it had been stirred in a blender. Firm milky white color. Next time I go there, I would like to drink it with Genghis Khan!

Got it at a liquor store in the neighboring Ichinoseki area~! The cool packaging is eye-catching 👀. This is a brand that is the perfect food wine! The aroma is fruity and sweet, but the taste is spicy and slightly sour. If I had to say something, I'd say it would be my favorite if there was a little more sweetness in the aftertaste 🤭.
