Cotton store's summer sake: ☀️
It has a strong acidity and an unexpectedly strong bitterness.
Even when well chilled, it tastes warm.
It's not my favorite on its own, but it really comes into its own when paired with food 😳.
The acidity goes well with chicken oil 😭I bet this would go well with fried food too.
I don't mind the bitterness when it's a food wine, why 😅?
I went through the spring, summer, fall, and winter, and each one is unique. It's hard to predict the taste just from the information on the label. I wish you would send out your recommendations for dishes 😭
