Purchased at a local sake store in my neighborhood Kurihara City is so rich in local sake that I can't keep up😅. First comes the spiciness and bitterness characteristic of sake, then the sweetness comes later 😆. I think it has a Sake meter of +4, but I think it's more of a sweet sake. I paired it with sea bream carpaccio, grilled mushrooms, seared oysters and meat sauce gratin. None of them were bad at all, but I'm sure this would be best with oden, meat and potatoes, and other dishes with a strong broth 😋.

Rich rice flavor like amazake Goes well with honey mustard chicken 🥰. Good with rich meat fat 🥰. A food wine that goes well with sweet and spicy food...but it's also great on its own 😝.

Purchased in Furukawa, Osaki City, next door to me. I was quite attracted by the label design and the cloudy white color😅. The first sip has a slight sparkle and sweet-sourness, and after swallowing, a dry spiciness arrives after a considerable delay... This tempo is quite, pleasant... Not just a young sake...scary 😱...

Autumn cotton that was sold out at a local sake shop in my neighborhood, found at the Kurihara Autumn Kiln Festival💡. More fruity and sweeter than Kawaguchi natto! Seems to go well with well-seasoned dishes. Bonito sashimi ◎

Purchased at a liquor store in Yokote when returning home. Mellow aroma with a sense of Akita sake! Powerful, umami flavor! It claims to be dry, but it's dry without any harshness, so you can enjoy it without any hesitation 😆. Grilled mushrooms The acidity of the ponzu vinegar enhances the sweetness... The sourness of the ponzu sauce enhances the sweetness and the lingering aroma of the mushrooms... Wonderful... Shrimp and chili fat Fat

Purchased at a key shop in Morioka. I was attracted by the statement that it goes well with meat, so I bought it. The first sip had a much stronger sourness than I expected. It is a different kind of sourness from that of doburoku, which I had never tasted before, but it is pleasant! Next, I was struck by the pungency and bitterness characteristic of sake, but this was to be expected. This is a taste I have never tasted before, but 10 years ago, I would not have liked it. Yakitori (Tare)◎ Yakitori (salt) ○ It is a wonder that you don't feel sourness when you drink it with meat. I am sure it goes well with hamburgers, so I'll leave it and try it tomorrow.
