New Year's Day drinking and gulping chacha😇 My father bought me this Fukkomachi. He told me about the poop but of course I don't remember 😆. I came home and tasted it calmly... It has a complex taste with a mixture of sourness and spiciness at the back of the rice, which is bold but sweet ❗️ due to the rice polishing ratio of 70. What is surprising is its compatibility with food. It matches not only roast beef, pizza, and jerky, but also sushi, firefly squid kimchi, and a wide range of other dishes😳. Especially with dishes with delicious fat 👌

I saw it on YouTube and it looked delicious, so I bought it. I had an image of Abe-kan as masculine, But this one is cloudy and shwashy, and the label is cute! It's fresh and smooth, and my brother said it was the easiest to drink 😆. After swallowing it, you get a dry feeling like beer, which is indescribably nice. ☺️ Great with sashimi and sushi👌!

I was too curious to buy it because it kept popping up in recommendations. The aroma is very romantic and Akita 💕. At first sip, I got the impression that it was an Akita sake! I was so curious about it that I bought it! It's sweet and tasty, with a slight fizz 🫧. The Fukkomachi I drank yesterday was sweet->acid, but this one was sweet-acid from the start! So it goes well with meat. And it has a nice sharpness so it doesn't stay in your mouth. ☺️ It's dark sweet and acidic, but feels dry and refreshing ✨. I paired it with hormones for the main course, but it goes well with a surprisingly refreshing prosciutto salad😳 It's very defensive ✨I can see why it was recommended 😅

Friday was the last day of work: ❗️ and we had yakiniku at home: ‼️ Speaking of yakiniku, we had no stock of nigori, so we opened a bottle of Fukkomachi, which we got as a gift... The aroma is not too strong for Fukkomachi... As the label says, it tastes like a concentrated version of Fukkomachi's characteristics. The floral aroma that comes through to the nose after swallowing is also present. I can also feel the floral aroma that comes out of my nose after swallowing 🌸. If you like Fukkomachi, you should drink this. But it's still nigori for grilled meat😅.

Since it was a sudden yakitori, I made a selection from the stock in the refrigerator! I bought it at a liquor store in Sendai. I found out that it is a very popular brand 😲. The moment I took the first sip, it was bubbly, bubbly, bubbly 🫧! The well-balanced sweetness and acidity come through smoothly, with no strange habits. It is an easy-drinking sake with no bitterness or spiciness from the alcohol, yet it is refreshingly crisp. What surprised us was its compatibility with food. It goes well with everything from yakitori with salt and sauce to horse mackerel tataki and cheese 😳. The taste of sake increases when paired with food. It will come in handy if you bring it to a drinking party or party! 🎁

Corked the day before a weekday holiday! Carpaccio of sea bream and salmon with lemon dressing! It's been a long time since I've tasted Yamamoto. It is just as it says on the label, fruity with a unique bitterness and a touch of citrus! The lemon dressing on the carpaccio is a miraculous match 🤣. The lightness of the 14 degree Celsius makes it drinkable at high speed... It feels like a white wine, but easier to drink than white wine ☺️ I actually drank white wine after that, but white wine is much more sour. I need to drink the rest of the series... 🤭

We were going to have a cheese fondue to go with the cheese label, but changed to kimchi nabe on short notice 😑 but this one opened as planned~! The aroma is modest, but it has an Akita-like aroma. The sweetness and acidity come forward and make you forget the spiciness of the kimchi nabe in an instant 😳. At the same time, the fizziness and dryness are very pronounced! I was drinking it right before, so I thought, "Is this beer? Is this beer? It's a beer? I like the taste of this beer without mentioning the food it's served with 😊. Next time I'm going for the Heart label: ❤️😘

My mom bought it for me and opened a bottle. Fukkomachi, a local Yuzawa favorite: ❤️ Made with Hachitan Nishiki and aged at low temperature for 2 years. It is juicy, mellow, and full-bodied 😳 without any of the aged nastiness. And the pineapple aroma unique to Hachitan-Nishiki 🍍. Fukkomachi has a good way of bringing out the aroma, and this one really smells too good 😭. The label is austere, so I think it would be better to make it a little more girly to convey the goodness of the contents 😙.

Finally opened the bottle of Hiwada's Autumn Agari, which I was looking forward to... After all, this is the one that my family and I like best 🥰. The balance of sweetness and acidity is just right ✨. And the weight helps to boost strong flavored dishes 🤭. The alcohol is hard on the first day, but on the second day, it's nice and mellow 😌. But my mom thought it lost its character and became boring on the second day 😓So true!

It is the only original Hakurakusei sake available in limited quantities! Corked at my parents' house It's still very refreshing and you don't have to choose what to serve with it. You can drink it all the time without getting tired of it! And it goes very well with soy sauce! Oden, sashimi, horse sashimi, Kiritanpo nabe... I think it is more suitable for Japanese food.

I wanted to drink a sake with a different taste from the recent past...so I selected a sake from a distant place of origin at my first visit to a restaurant - Yamaguchi Prefecture! The taste is clear and light, with a good balance of sweet and sour, and easy to drink with no alcohol taste. ☺️🙂 As for the dish to go with it, I can't say Yamaguchi Prefecture is famous for puffer fish... so I decided to go with sea bream sashimi. It matched surprisingly well with grilled chicken with salted malted rice, which I prepared separately. It may be a versatile food wine that can be served with any dishes 😁.

一関の酒屋さんでゲット〜 ウサギ好きとしては、見逃せない銘柄🐰 思いの他、スッキリあっさりしていて、甘さがほとんど感じられない😅 1日目、ローストビーフを合わせてみたけどなんか違う… 茶碗蒸し！かと思ったけど作るのが面倒なので、 里芋の肉じゃがと、豆腐ハンバーグのなめこあんかけを用意！ どちらも、濃く煮出した出汁を効かせて。 これが、予想通りマッチ😭 京都のお酒だからか、出汁に合う😚 濃い味にも😆👍 ひとくちでも味見できれば、お料理とのペアリングを考れるレベルになった👍 けど移動が車ってのもあって、店頭での試飲がほぼできない😭

Opened a bottle that had been stored at room temperature in the pantry after getting it on a return trip home. Yamahai = acid, Hiyoroshi = aged So, the dish to be served with it is oysters 🦪. When the bottle was opened, the aroma was more matured than expected, The taste is still strong with strong acidity, matured bitterness, and alcohol! Sake! Sense of sake is very strong 😳. It tastes like what sake is supposed to taste like 😅. The fried oysters I prepared on the first day were completely outclassed 🥲, so on the second day, oysters are oysters, but sauteed in butter with lots of garlic! And I took on the challenge 😠 with a motsu stew. The result was this 👍✨ After all, dishes with strong and unique flavors match 😅. I think it would also go well with horse sashimi, which is something you don't get unless you're at a drinking party....

On a trip to Yamagata, I got a great bottle of sake! It is a brand that is not sold outside of the prefecture and is consumed mostly locally! The aroma is pineapple🍍. The first sip is sweet and sour! The acidity quickly fades and the sweetness lingers, leaving a white grape-like aftertaste after swallowing. The aftertaste is like wine. It has a Sake meter value of +8, but it's not spicy! It is not spicy at all. It is not too sweet and not too sour. It is perfect for strong flavored dishes. It goes well with boiled fish, of course, but it also matches the fried shrimp I bought in Sakata that had a salty flavor! It is 👌 as a food wine, and you can drink it by itself as much as you want... Maybe because it's from Yamagata, it has a strong wine element? It's not as peculiar as wine, but it's easy to drink and you won't get bored of it. This is my favorite ❗️ I want to buy it again but I haven't seen it sold in Miyagi 😭

Asao🌾, a limited fall edition. The bottle is a beautiful blue, and the label is really stylish😎. The aroma is subdued, and on the palate... Hmm? No taste! But as you swallow it, a hint of sweetness, sourness, and refreshment follows 😳. It looks beautiful, but it also tastes very beautiful. It goes soooo well with grilled maitake mushrooms✨. Perfect for dishes that enjoy aromas such as mushrooms and spices. It's very tasty, but it seems that the amount available is really small and you don't see it very often.

Husband had a day off, so we took a quick trip to Tsuruoka😆! The inn is Atsumi Onsen ♨️ This is my first brand and the label is austere and cool 😎. The taste is firm and dry. I can feel the deliciousness of the rice and it goes well with the food anyway 😭. Yamagata is a kingdom of delicious seafood, vegetables, fruits, and of course rice ✨. All dishes have a strong dashi broth and a strong flavor ✨. The dishes at the inn are especially good 😙, with grilled and deep-fried dishes that are very savory! The sake complements the dishes but does not bore you ✨!

I was curious about Tsukihaku, and I found it at a liquor store in Kogota, so I got it! The aroma is subdued and the taste is.... I see what you mean by "light" and "clear". It's light, clear, and just beautiful✨ and it doesn't linger. It is dry but not hard to drink at all. It is different from Hakurakusei and Ichinokura, and I have never tasted anything like it. Perfect with the tempura and scallop sashimi we prepared 😭. I was thinking that this would be the best for eating orizume. I thought it went in smoothly, but it had an alcohol content of 14. Whoever thought of this is amazing 😊.

It's been a long time since I've had a Snow Kayasha~. Last year's sake tasted like white wine, but this is Akita's sake! It tastes like Akita sake! When drunk on its own, the alcohol is too strong and it's not easy to drink, but as a mid-meal drink, it complements the food ✨. Goes great with grilled chicken with miso, shrimp tempura, fried saury 😭. I bet this is a versatile one that goes well with sashimi and sushi as well!

I was attracted by the beautiful cherry blossom label and bought it. It is recommended as a food sake after it is thoroughly chilled. It has a rich sweet flavor, but is it refreshing? I looked closely and saw that it was alcohol-added: ☺️ It goes great with today's well-seasoned fried food and today's spring rolls ✨. Cherry blossoms in full bloom, blooming in the dark night but clearly and distinctly visible. The label makes you think that the taste is just like the image of this cherry blossom. And the cosiest.
