The last time I was back home, my mother gave me a gift to take with me when I drank it because she said it was so good - lol! It's light and fresh with a slight effervescence, but you can still taste the sweetness and spiciness 😭. I drink it like a beer 😱. I've tried it several times with edamame, but it was not good with any of them. It was perfect with not only simmered dishes and yakitori, but also Genghis Khan and Hormone 😭. It's great with kimchi, but it's not as spicy as kimchi, but it's not as spicy as kimchi. I'm a spicy person who prefers Indian curry to be extremely hot 😝.

At a nearby yakiniku restaurant ~ I I ordered Kurikoma-yama because I have had it several times when eating out. However, what came out was a sake that I don't like 😱. If it was to be served with fish, it would be fine, but it was to be served with grilled meat. But then I took a sip... 😳! I didn't feel any of the bitterness characteristic of brewer's alcohol, and the mild sweetness of the rice just snapped out of it beautifully ✨. I felt like I could eat endless amounts of it, and taste it again from scratch the next time 😱.... This one is also a candidate to buy in bottles!

Taste it for 500 yen per cup at a one-day-only izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in a corner of the neighborhood shopping street 👅! Since the amount of Taikoo available is very small and there is almost no word of mouth about its taste, this is a great chance to taste it in small quantities 😆. I was told that they let the regular Junmai sleep for a bit before shipping, so the rice taste is very rich! I can feel both sweetness and spiciness, but as expected, it is easy to drink without any weird habits! It's similar to Hode Nasu, but less acidic and more spicy 😍 another favorite 😙. Next time I want to buy it in bottles and pair it with hot pot or orthodox Japanese food 😋.

I got it at the brewery opening... I originally love Fukkomachi, but it has been a long time since I have had it... It has a strong sweetness followed by a firm spiciness 😋. It goes well with sweet and spicy daikon radish. ☺️ Maybe I could have used a little more soy sauce 🥲. I want a strong taste! I want to eat bodakko 😭

I got it as a return gift from Kurafan! I came across this item during my trip to Niigata last year, and it sparked my exploration of Japanese sake ✨. The aroma is a fresh aroma of rice with a hint of pineapple! The first sip is completely pineapple🍍 sweet and sour! No bitterness or spiciness at all 😆. As time goes by, the taste changes from pineapple to dark rice, probably due to the temperature change 😳. To be served with salmon carpaccio, pizza with quatro-style shirasu and pate de campagne ☺️ The acidity of the carpaccio is 👍 The second half of the meal was leaner: 😵‍💫 I still find sweet dishes too difficult for me😅.

Purchased as a souvenir for my parents. Light, fruity, fizzy, youthful sake ✨It has the beauty and elegance typical of Miyagi Prefecture 🥰. It seems that this taste is rare in Akita, and my younger brother was very interested in it (he is a very sweet person). It's a challenging sake as a food sake, so I joined in with one or two tastes 😛.

I am back home with my parents! We received sake that my mother purchased at the supermarket. Unbeknownst to me, my mother and brother were also into sake, lol! Very tasty with a strong sweet and spicy taste 🤤. Deep flavor but not too heavy on the stomach even after many cups ✨. Akita prefecture has a lot of strong flavored preserved/fermented foods, so I think this sake is for pairing with local cuisine.

I got it in a grab bag from my favorite liquor store 🥰. Pouring it into a bowl, the first sip after the mellow pineapple aroma ☺️, the mellow sweet and sourness like a fruit...or rather sweetness comes forward 😵‍💫 I wondered how it would be with chicken saikyo yaki and yakitori sauce (both with a strong flavor).... The sweetness pulled back and the acidity came to the fore, and it washed away the fat nicely ✨. It goes well with dark meat... As expected of a versatile food sake 🥰. Unfortunately, the label and taste mismatch. The label, which was designed with 🇮🇹 in mind, doesn't match the contents, making it more difficult to taste. I think it is more enjoyable if you taste it without any preconceptions. ❗️It is easy to match with both Japanese and Western food. ❗️❗️

Since oden was inevitable today, we selected this dish, which allows us to feel the deliciousness of the rice! When tasted by itself, the rice's deliciousness and sweetness are very strong, but when paired with oden, it doesn't interfere with the oden broth, but only asserts its sharpness 😭. Like the standerd class, it has a sweet and sour taste followed by a dry feeling when drunk alone, but it is clearer and sweeter than the standerd class 😚. It changes its expression depending on the dish it is paired with✨. For fried horse mackerels, the dryness is strong and understated, with a hint of effervescence... For hormone dumplings with a strong habit, the sweet and sourness is assertive in a mischievous way...! If I had to choose one or the other, I think I prefer the staderd class.

Winter cotton for a limited time! The cuteness of the label made me run to the liquor store at the end of the year😊. First sip, the sweetness and sourness unique to Wataya. This, no doubt 😭 Sake level is -3, so I prepared some sweet boiled fish! ...... Of course, there is no reason why it won't go well with 😮‍💨❗️ It has a strong sweetness, but it has equal acidity and sharpness, so I have the impression that you can choose any dish. Of course, it goes well with the simmered fish, simmered chicken wings and daikon radish, and soaked spinach. Very good with soy sauce 😚.

Purchased at Kesennuma on my trip. The white label with silver letters is cool ✨. It's Soutenden's first sake that claims to be dry, so it's spicy right from the start 😚. After swallowing, you can gradually feel the sweetness and fullness of the rice. ☺️ It goes well with seafood such as sashimi as well as dishes from the Tohoku region such as chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and simmered dishes with a strong sweetness. Polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol: 17%. Sake meter: +8.0 Rice: Gin-no-Iroha produced in Miyagi Prefecture Acidity: 1.7 Amino acidity: 1.1

Purchased at a roadside station in Yamauchi Village when I returned home. It was stored for half a year at the Omatsugawa Dam in Yamauchi Village! They said that the aged wine should have a strong flavor, like a dish that goes well with red wine, so I prepared Camembert & raisins, which is a standard... Ahh, New Year's is the best 😭 I will do my best again this year!

I was attracted by the stylish wine-like label and bought it~. The sake is +10.5 on the sake scale, so I was prepared for it and took a sip... I could feel the sweetness and deliciousness of the rice 😳, but as I swallowed it, the dryness came through! ✨ No matter what you pair it with, the sweetness is assertive and firmly felt, but it is not sticky sweet and has a sharpness that makes it easy to pair with fish. Medium fatty tuna, sushi, fried food, meat, pickles ◎ Basically, it goes with everything 😋. I made up my mind to drink other series for sure on New Year's Eve: ☃️

I was attracted by the bright moe green color of the label, so I bought it. It has a dry feeling at the end with a sweetness that is not too strong. It goes well with kimchi. It also goes well with dumplings dipped in raayu and vinegar. Not so good with homemade Bean Curd 😅(or Bean Curd itself doesn't taste so good) Best with spicy and sour dishes 😆‼️

Thanks for your hard work ~ ☺️ I decided to drink this from the moment I made the appointment for the house barbecue today! 💐 It's sharp, sweet and sour... I was attracted to the theme of the ultimate food sake, so I bought it~. It's a sake from the neighboring city of Osaki: ☺️ Like the previous Suitama, the first sip has a strong sweetness that lingers for a long time. But it has a strange taste that changes its expression depending on the food with which it is matched! A little heavier than Suitama? ←(according to my own research). It was able to wash away the fat from the dumplings and homemade roast pork that had been overdone with raayu (Chinese chili oil). A great food wine that goes well with rich dishes ✨.

Purchased at a nearby liquor store when returning home to my parents' house. I had heard that it was sweeter than the back of the store where I had checked in before, so I started preparing a sweet meat and potatoes dish the day before! Purchased at a liquor store in the neighboring city of Tome A bottle I chose from among the recommendations for food sake. It is dry and well known sake! I've been drinking a lot of fruity sake lately, so this was a nice reset for me. Pairs well with sashimi with a squeeze of lemon. It would also go well with raw oysters with a touch of ponzu vinegar 😍. Sake gives me a sense of richness and extra richness to my daily food. The second day after opening the bottle The unique bitterness has disappeared and it has mellowed. It seems to go well with meat and tempura.
