Tonight, at a popular counter kappo restaurant in Kyoto, we will be serving a series of 5 sake from the owner's hometown of Aomori‼️ We will start with a nouveau directly pumped special pure rice sake from Mutsu Hachisen💙.
Next, Yamada Nishiki🤍 from the former Ymeda Village in Hyogo Prefecture from the fourth brewing season of the year, which is likely to be the last one to be drunk this year.
