This doburoku is made to order. I pre-ordered it at the end of August through a guide from my favorite liquor store, and it has arrived. It's my first doburoku! The sweet and sour Awaraku in the photo expresses it all. It tastes like sweet sake with the texture of petite rice and the sizzling cider-like carbonation you feel when you crush it, making it a refreshing, mouth-watering drink. It's adjusted to 5% alc:5% and goes down swiftly. It's no longer a dessert!

I was completely captivated by the 126. This time it is in a large size of 1440ml. It is also nice that it comes in a PET bottle with no decoration at all. The bottle was opened while feeling the healthy yeast. Yes, it's really good! It is a super thick, bumpy type of wine. The expression is too harsh, but it is like "drinking yogurt-flavored porridge" (it is delicious, so please do not misunderstand me...). It is low in alcohol and you can drink it up in no time. I still have about half a year to go, but I can't wait for this year's season.

One of my colleagues recommended that I buy a bottle 🍶126, which he said should be read as doburoku. It has a refreshing sweetness, sourness, and fizz, so it is truly an adult's calpis soda! The rice is still there, so I guess it is a pulp(?) I think it's a Calpis soda with rice 😁. It's 5% alcohol, so there's almost no alcohol taste, and I can't stop drinking it... At home. First time in Gifu, Shirakawa-go. It's very thick, even among the nigorizake I've drunk. The aroma is like sweet sake. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness of the rice and grain, and the sourness. The texture is tart and leaves a little residue on the tongue, but it's not unpleasant. I think it is best served on the rocks.

Kashima Shrine, Ikisu Shrine, Katori Shrine I visited and bought from the three shrines of Eastern Japan! This time we got Katori! Junmai Natural Sake 80 I've never tasted sake like this before! Tenshitsu Haru no Tsuki Slightly sparkling Junmai Nigori Nama Shu 720ml Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 18%. I opened a bottle of Tenshitsu that was included in the February hanpukai. It has a very complex flavor. It is fresh but also has a bitter taste, gasiness, and a slight smokiness. It tastes like an adult. Interesting.

Get it at "Marugoto Kochi" in Ginza, Tokyo❗️. I had never heard of this brand before, but it was delicious ❣️. The rice used was something from Kochi Prefecture. It has a fresh citrusy taste like a fresh sake, with a rich mouthfeel, but it goes down smoothly. The aftertaste is clean and crisp. If I had to say something, I would say that I would like a little more sweetness, but it is just right for light drinking.

Second day of Kochi Night. The cab driver told me that Hirome is good, but for bonito, I should go to Matsuri Jaya. He advised me to go to Matsuri Jaya for bonito, as it has a good selection of alcohol. So we went to Matsuri Jaya. At first, we started out with regular sake, just like a normal drinking party in Kochi. The staff at the restaurant recommended various temperatures for drinking. The first sake is Fujimusume, which I have never tried before. Slightly spicy and umami-guchi (flavorful), it was a perfect match for the thickly sliced salt cod roe. The special sake cup is also cute! But from here, I sank into the swamp of Kochi sake.
