Popular local sake from Saitama 🍶It doesn't look like a Japanese sake 🍶! Aroma: Sour and sweet citrus 🍊? No...grape 🍊? The mouthfeel is rich, sweet and delicious with a strong acidity...I can feel the deliciousness of Omachi...it tastes like white wine? TENJOJI Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ml Rice: Gohyakumangoku from Okuidumo, Tsuyahime from Shimane Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 17%. This sake was bundled with the February hanpukai. Drinking Tenshuu makes me want to go to Izumo and eat soba noodles😃. The aroma of this one is very distinctive. It has a pleasant smoky aroma. I guess you could call it fragrance 😁.

Tenshitsu Haru no Tsuki Slightly sparkling Junmai Nigori Nama Shu 720ml Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 18%. I opened a bottle of Tenshitsu that was included in the February hanpukai. It has a very complex flavor. It is fresh but also has a bitter taste, gasiness, and a slight smokiness. It tastes like an adult. Interesting.

Get it at "Marugoto Kochi" in Ginza, Tokyo❗️. I had never heard of this brand before, but it was delicious ❣️. The rice used was something from Kochi Prefecture. It has a fresh citrusy taste like a fresh sake, with a rich mouthfeel, but it goes down smoothly. The aftertaste is clean and crisp. If I had to say something, I would say that I would like a little more sweetness, but it is just right for light drinking.

Second day of Kochi Night. The cab driver told me that Hirome is good, but for bonito, I should go to Matsuri Jaya. He advised me to go to Matsuri Jaya for bonito, as it has a good selection of alcohol. So we went to Matsuri Jaya. At first, we started out with regular sake, just like a normal drinking party in Kochi. The staff at the restaurant recommended various temperatures for drinking. The first sake is Fujimusume, which I have never tried before. Slightly spicy and umami-guchi (flavorful), it was a perfect match for the thickly sliced salt cod roe. The special sake cup is also cute! But from here, I sank into the swamp of Kochi sake.

This doburoku is made to order. I pre-ordered it at the end of August through a guide from my favorite liquor store, and it has arrived. It's my first doburoku! The sweet and sour Awaraku in the photo expresses it all. It tastes like sweet sake with the texture of petite rice and the sizzling cider-like carbonation you feel when you crush it, making it a refreshing, mouth-watering drink. It's adjusted to 5% alc:5% and goes down swiftly. It's no longer a dessert!

One of my colleagues recommended that I buy a bottle 🍶126, which he said should be read as doburoku. It has a refreshing sweetness, sourness, and fizz, so it is truly an adult's calpis soda! The rice is still there, so I guess it is a pulp(?) I think it's a Calpis soda with rice 😁. It's 5% alcohol, so there's almost no alcohol taste, and I can't stop drinking it... I'd drink it every day ✨.

Doburoku. Doburoku is a thick lactic acid beverage made from rice. It has all the good things that are typical of doburoku, such as "sweet" and "sour. Add "fun" to the mix, and you have all the elements of happiness. When I poured it, I thought, "What the heck is this? Then, at the first sip, "What the heck is this? Right in the middle of my favorite. I was instantly hooked. I am now looking forward to more fun in the winter season.

At home. First time in Gifu, Shirakawa-go. It's very thick, even among the nigorizake I've drunk. The aroma is like sweet sake. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness of the rice and grain, and the sourness. The texture is tart and leaves a little residue on the tongue, but it's not unpleasant. I think it is best served on the rocks.

The aroma is fruity and the taste is classic. The taste is somewhere between modern and classic. Junmai Ginjo il tuono d'autunno (autumn thunder) 　Shiga Prefecture, Ginbuki 55% polished rice, 16%. Fruity and sweet, this is a perfect modern type. Fully matured Junmai Ikinatsu Koshi Sanma 　A blend of 80% 2016 Yamahai Yamadanishiki and 20% 2019 Koshihikari 70% polished rice 17%. I was too scared to drink this one as is🤣. It was sweet and delicious when heated! It had a classic flavor.

Today, I'm going to have a pure blue. I mean, I went to Tomikunishiki yesterday to buy the Galaxy label. Unfortunately, it was sold out for mail order😭. Basically, I'm the kind of person who thinks that shipping costs are less than the cost of gasoline, so I thought I'd go and drive an hour or so to get there, but I didn't realize how popular the Galaxy Label was. I had no choice but to buy this Ikarashi Tokubetsu Junmai. It's sweet but delicious ☺️. I think I'll mail order it properly next year. I should have bought either Kamesen's SEL or Gohashi, which I saw at the liquor store on my way home.

I went to buy sake for my annual plum wine yesterday and found this. It's a sake made by reviving the oldest sake rice called Shiratama (test brewed sake). It tastes like Tomikunishiki, full and mellow... very delicious☺️. I love it after all. It's so delicious 😆.

This was one of the bottles I bought at the recent New Sake Festival. I was going to miss it this year, but it was on sale so I bought it. It was cold and had a little bit of cemedine smell in the mouth...and then a spicy taste. It doesn't leave much of a aftertaste either. Delicious.
