Mini tastings, still to come💦. It's a drinking comparison of the Kamikai... 💦. Junmai Ginbuki Hiyoshi Oroshi Akatombo Shiga Prefecture, Ginfukiyuki 60% polished rice, 15 degrees. The aroma is fruity and the taste is classic. The taste is somewhere between modern and classic. Junmai Ginjo il tuono d'autunno (autumn thunder) Shiga Prefecture, Ginbuki 55% polished rice, 16%. Fruity and sweet, this is a perfect modern type. Fully matured Junmai Ikinatsu Koshi Sanma A blend of 80% 2016 Yamahai Yamadanishiki and 20% 2019 Koshihikari 70% polished rice 17%. I was too scared to drink this one as is🤣. It was sweet and delicious when heated! It had a classic flavor.

Today, I'm going to have a pure blue. I mean, I went to Tomikunishiki yesterday to buy the Galaxy label. Unfortunately, it was sold out for mail order😭. Basically, I'm the kind of person who thinks that shipping costs are less than the cost of gasoline, so I thought I'd go and drive an hour or so to get there, but I didn't realize how popular the Galaxy Label was. I had no choice but to buy this Ikarashi Tokubetsu Junmai. It's sweet but delicious ☺️. I think I'll mail order it properly next year. I should have bought either Kamesen's SEL or Gohashi, which I saw at the liquor store on my way home.

I went to buy sake for my annual plum wine yesterday and found this. It's a sake made by reviving the oldest sake rice called Shiratama (test brewed sake). It tastes like Tomikunishiki, full and mellow... very delicious☺️. I love it after all. It's so delicious 😆.

This was one of the bottles I bought at the recent New Sake Festival. I was going to miss it this year, but it was on sale so I bought it. It was cold and had a little bit of cemedine smell in the mouth...and then a spicy taste. It doesn't leave much of a aftertaste either. Delicious.

I saw it in a sake shop and bought it at a convenience store....well...the aroma, a slightly sour sweet sake aroma...the taste is also sweet sake...the aftertaste is junmai sake...I guess I would drink it as it is...? It's a bit too much for a food sake.... It's easy to drink, but ....

The aroma is mild 😁The mouthfeel is smooth even though it is nigori 😊The sweetness and umami of the gentle rice 🌾 is good👍The middle part has a lactic acid taste 😚The aftertaste is refreshing and easy to drink 😘. I think it is the best one-cup nigori that you can drink whenever you want 🥳.

There is a soft aroma of rice and a slight sake-like alcohol rush. However, the alcohol quickly leaves the nose, and a sweetness is felt. The taste is not smooth, but it lingers on the palate. Serve with zucchini tempura. Bittersweet and lingering on the palate, it goes well with tempura. Delicious! On its own, it's not quite to my taste, but with food, it tastes great.

The second bottle was the remainder of the Tozawa Hitogokochi from the previous Shinshu Kamerei. The third bottle is here ‼️again Nagano sake 😋. I️️️tsukiyoshi no ‼️. The toji is a woman! Nagano sake is delicious 😋. I thought it was sweet, but it seems pretty dry 😋I think it's a great sake for a meal 👍Drinking it chilled is a great way to get a kick out of it👍. I am amazed that rice can give this flavor 😳. It is aged in wine barrels, so you can taste the peculiar flavor of red wine 🍷. The taste is very intense and the sake level is -23 degrees, but thanks to the strong acidity, it is not sweet like a juice, but has a sharp taste 😊. It would go well with a dark meal 🍖🍛. It was delicious. It costs 3,000 yen for 500ml, but I would recommend this new type of sake 💸.

I drank WAKAZE for the first time. It is a white wine with strong acidity and a little sweetness.... It is a little bit different from so-called sake in the category of "other brewed sake" (because it contains herbs? (Is it because it contains herbs as ingredients?) Sparkling craft SAKE was found in the chu-hi corner 💡. It is made by Takara Shuzo in Kyoto. CLASSIC BUBBLES with a squeeze of yuzu juice (11% al.). Nakanori-san from last year's Shinshu Jizake distribution times that I drank last week: ‼️ Usually sweet and simply delicious 😋. I think I liked the secret course better with more flavor on it. The last sake to be introduced at the welcome party was by Nakanori-san, a Kiso connection, since we were unable to prepare sake from Yukawa-san, who brewed Shirakiku in Okunonoto. This is a gift from a sake professional, a local sake from Nanada's place. It is quite precious as it is the first pressing... 🙏. The aroma is juicy fruity and red apple-like. The mouthfeel is supposed to be fresh, but it also has a mellow, umami-like sweetness that spreads out and is very drinkable 👌👌. As a lover of the four seasons, I quite like this type. ☺️ I've heard it tastes great warmed up, so I'm going to enjoy it 😋.

The eighth one is a storehouse of rocks. This is the first time for Iwanokura itself. I guess I don't even remember seeing it in a liquor store. From the name and the image on the label, I somehow imagined it to be light and dry, but when I tried it, it was completely different. It has a sweet flavor from the fruity Kamitatekko, and although it is more reserved in terms of flavor intensity than the previous brew, I didn't feel anything lacking. On the contrary, it has a nice umami taste that comes slowly but surely afterwards! The cut is also very smooth, so it is like a gentle sweet and tasty taste. It's delicious!
