Today, I'm going to have a pure blue. I mean, I went to Tomikunishiki yesterday to buy the Galaxy label. Unfortunately, it was sold out for mail order😭. Basically, I'm the kind of person who thinks that shipping costs are less than the cost of gasoline, so I thought I'd go and drive an hour or so to get there, but I didn't realize how popular the Galaxy Label was. I had no choice but to buy this Ikarashi Tokubetsu Junmai. It's sweet but delicious ☺️. I think I'll mail order it properly next year. I should have bought either Kamesen's SEL or Gohashi, which I saw at the liquor store on my way home.

I went to buy sake for my annual plum wine yesterday and found this. It's a sake made by reviving the oldest sake rice called Shiratama (test brewed sake). It tastes like Tomikunishiki, full and mellow... very delicious☺️. I love it after all. It's so delicious 😆.

This was one of the bottles I bought at the recent New Sake Festival. I was going to miss it this year, but it was on sale so I bought it. It was cold and had a little bit of cemedine smell in the mouth...and then a spicy taste. It doesn't leave much of a aftertaste either. Delicious.

The second bottle was the remainder of the Tozawa Hitogokochi from the previous Shinshu Kamerei. The third bottle is here ‼️again Nagano sake 😋. I️️️tsukiyoshi no ‼️. The toji is a woman! Nagano sake is delicious 😋. I thought it was sweet, but it seems pretty dry 😋I think it's a great sake for a meal 👍Drinking it chilled is a great way to get a kick out of it👍. I heard one of the hyenas was today's No. 1 😆.

Nakanori-san from last year's Shinshu Jizake distribution times that I drank last week: ‼️ Usually sweet and simply delicious 😋. I think I liked the secret course better with more flavor on it. It has a taste that is typical of Shinshu sake, and would go well with soba noodles or even meat 😋. This kind of sake is perfect for a regular drink 👍

The last sake to be introduced at the welcome party was by Nakanori-san, a Kiso connection, since we were unable to prepare sake from Yukawa-san, who brewed Shirakiku in Okunonoto. This is a gift from a sake professional, a local sake from Nanada's place. It is quite precious as it is the first pressing... 🙏. The aroma is juicy fruity and red apple-like. The mouthfeel is supposed to be fresh, but it also has a mellow, umami-like sweetness that spreads out and is very drinkable 👌👌. As a lover of the four seasons, I quite like this type. ☺️ I've heard it tastes great warmed up, so I'm going to enjoy it 😋.

The eighth one is a storehouse of rocks. This is the first time for Iwanokura itself. I guess I don't even remember seeing it in a liquor store. From the name and the image on the label, I somehow imagined it to be light and dry, but when I tried it, it was completely different. It has a sweet flavor from the fruity Kamitatekko, and although it is more reserved in terms of flavor intensity than the previous brew, I didn't feel anything lacking. On the contrary, it has a nice umami taste that comes slowly but surely afterwards! The cut is also very smooth, so it is like a gentle sweet and tasty taste. It's delicious! June 3, 2023 At Japanese Sake Satou in Matsuyama, Japan. I took a new employee to my favorite restaurant to drinking sake. The last and seventh drink of the day was Koei Kiku Tsukishita Muyori. It is a mellow, sweet and delicious sake, easy to drink easy to drink without feeling the alcohol content. It is easy to drink without feeling alcohol content. It was delicious with grilled sea eel and I enjoyed it with grilled sea eel and tanzaku yam.

I bought it because I wanted to drink it for the first time in a long time! This is the third time I've had it, so I'll spare you my impressions. It has a light, light flavor with a yogurt or yoghurt-like feel, with hints of mushrooms and maltiness. It's perfect with hamburgers and a reset ✨. I found a regular "Kunimori Nigori Shu" on sale, so maybe I'll buy it next time!

The last Tobi Tsubame was not one of my favorites, so I took my revenge on Tobirazumi. It is surprisingly refreshing and not too sweet for a sake with a sake strength of -9.0. It is labeled as a "during dinner" sake, but I think it is more of an after-dinner sake. Either way, this was delicious 🙏.

I️ swallowed silver last time, so I️ am going to do gold this time. Silver to gold is rather natural. Silver was more dry than gold, so I don't know how it will be this time 🤣. I️ will open the bottle now. The aroma is apple-like 👍 The taste is also apple-like but with sweetness and umami of rice and less yamahai feeling 🤗It's very easy to drink. It's not more dry than dry, but it's hard to drink on its own 💦. At least it goes well with pizza and bulgogi. Personally, gold is delicious 😋.

Immediately after opening the bottle, it was dry and dry, perhaps due to the 17% alcohol content. Then, after leaving it in the refrigerator for about 5 days due to a business trip, the taste changed drastically! There is almost no aroma, but it has turned into a crisp, sweet and delicious sake. There are not many sakes that have changed in taste like this.

I drank it last year and enjoyed it so much I bought it again. Personally, it is my favorite new sake along with "Akagisan"✨. When you open the bottle and pour it, the aroma is crisp and gorgeous, like pears. The mouthfeel is light and immediately afterwards there is a solid gassy feeling. It's as shwashy as a carbonated beverage! Dry and clean on the palate, with pear and green apple flavors that are gorgeous and fresh. There is a hint of sweetness, so it is not only dry, but also well balanced. The astringent taste comes in the last half of the bottle and finishes it all off, so it is a delicious wine with a perfect ending! The sun is setting later and later, and we can feel the approach of spring. It's still early, but I'm looking forward to this year's spring sakes!
