It is a new product from Kikusui. I liked it at a brewery event and bought it. A comet called Churyumov, moving through space at 32.9 km/second. 329 = Mifuku (Mitomiku). It is a combination of "329 = Mifuku" and "Mifuku", The sake rice is comet rice, and it is brewed with 32.9% polished rice. It is very particular! It has acidity and a milky, full aroma. It is a catchy sake with a good balance of sweetness. I think many people will like it! I want to repeat it.
