Newly registered brand. Since the sake brewer could not be registered, the new brand is "Aizu Otokoyama" from Otokoyama Shuzo Brewery in Aizu Misato Town, Fukushima Prefecture. Its new brand name is "Wa".
It has a mild aroma. It has a melon aroma and a hint of sweetness like caramel.
The sweetness that is not too strong is impressive. There is some acidity.
The aftertaste is strong alcohol. A strong bitterness also lingers.
I have a feeling that it will be excellent with Japanese food.

I really wanted the same specs, but they only had this one and an expensive one, so I had no choice but to choose this one.
The brewery has reopened after 20 years. It has a mild and gentle honey-like sweetness. The aftertaste is refreshing. I would prefer a little more sweetness, but it seems to go well with a meal.
