The gasiness is strong, but it tastes better after the gas is gone. Perfect balance and intensity of sweetness and sourness. This is the electric chrysanthemum. The sourness changes to a strong umami flavor, and the happy feeling continues. At first, it was a little bit spicy, but after the gassy feeling went away, the umami came forward like crazy, and it was great. I want to buy another bottle, but the new sake just keeps coming out...

Today, my wife and kids are out, so I'm having a lazy drink at home by myself. I will have a glass of sake with sashimi. The aroma is quite mild. Slightly citrusy. Slightly gassy. Slight sweetness, clear acidity. Quite dry. Fairly short aftertaste, and when you notice it, it's sharp. I happened to be picking up some white sashimi, so it was the best match for this sake. No. 1 sake to drink at sushi restaurants.

This year, maple trees were obtained by avoiding red dragonflies. Dry aroma. No gassy feeling. The sweetness is not too strong for Senkyoku. Then a strong acidity. The usual Sentori. The acidity in the latter half is good. It is strong but not too strong. The end is also beautiful. As expected of Sentori. At first, I thought it was a good price for the same price as the usual Sengoku, but as I drank more, I realized how high the level was! It's a masterpiece!

Today is supposed to be Halloween, but I accidentally opened a bottle of Monster without knowing that at all. I still don't know what Halloween is! The aroma is quite gorgeous. I wonder what it smells like...flowery? The gasiness is slight. It is darker and sweeter than usual Akabu. Then, there is a sharp acidity. It is quite strong. The strong sweetness and acidity is followed by a strong alcohol taste. It is stronger and darker than the usual seasonal Akabu. Yet, it still has the usual Akabu feel to it. It is unique!

Following the recent Kijo-zake, this is another sake made from rice. The aroma is banana and citrus. The aroma is banana and citrus, and although it is probably not fresh, it has a gassy feeling. It has been so long since I drank Houou Mita that I wonder how long it has been since I drank it. I finally opened a bottle of Mikumari, which has been pushed in many places. The aroma is a very refreshing green apple. It is exquisite, not too strong and not too weak. The gasiness is quite strong. The sweetness is crisp and clear. The acidity is strong, and this acidity goes well with the capsule aroma. The acidity is crisp and finishes with a slight bitterness. A wonderful sake, just as it is rumored to be. Basically, it has a dry taste, but the strong gassiness gives it a more modern feel. Next time, I hope for a low-alcohol version of this!

Yoshida Kurau's Kijoshu is a must buy deal! The aroma is muscat and citrus, with a bit of cemedine added to it, which I can't get enough of.... A little gasiness. Every time I drink Yoshida Kurau's kijoshu, the sweetness is exquisitely strong, and there is none of the typical kudos of kijoshu. The stimulating acidity that follows is even better! Summer is finally over. I can finally open the sparklers. The scent is mild citrus and cemedine. My favorite scent. No gassy feeling. The sweetness is assorted and the acidity is refreshing. It is very crisp and fits perfectly with today's snack, "Hamo no Ochiri" (30% discount!). It is perfect for today's snack, "Hamo no Ochiri" (30% discount!). It has a nice sharpness and a short aftertaste. I'm so happy to be able to feel the season with sake. It's easy to drink, the food is delicious, and there's nothing to say about it. ‼️

Late night sake in the autumn. I'm just late because of work (tohoho), but I'll open a good bottle of sake to comfort myself. I'm looking forward to the Homasu Go Nozomi sake released for the summer, which rumor has it has a strong acidity. The aroma is citrusy, which can be detected just by bringing the nose close to it. The gasiness is strong as usual. The sweetness is perceptible, but this time the acidity comes first. It is characterized by a stimulating sourness rather than the usual cute sweetness. My favorite! The acidity continues until the end, and finishes gently, with the addition of a complexity that is typical of the producing region. This is my favorite San-do of the last few years. It has a flavor similar to that of Shinsei, but with a strong San-do character!

I bought Tanaka Rokugo for the first time in a very long time. Almost bought the jacket. It is drier than the prior information. The aroma is quite weak and citrusy. The gasiness is schwashy. I found out it was on sale while I was traveling overseas, and I really wanted to drink it, so I ordered it online and got it. I had to order it online because Yoshida Kurau's kijo sake has always been very tasty... I took a sip and grinned at the taste..! The aroma is gorgeous, lactic, muscat, cemedine, and very nice. It is even better that there is a strong sense of gas. The sweetness is a characteristic of Yoshida Kurau, even though it is a noble sake. It is easy to drink. On the other hand, it has a stronger acidity than the normal Yoshidagurau, so you can drink it without getting bored. The acidity is followed by a strong acidity, and the finish is a strong umami flavor. Yoshidagurau has the image of being gentle and cozy, while kijoshu is aggressive and aggressive. But it is not sweet and dry like ordinary kijo-zake, which is wonderful! Please release more next season!

A bottle that I opened and drank through in a matter of seconds. I must remind you... On the first day, it was very fizzy and dry, even pungent; after the second day, the usual muscat aroma came through, and the last glass on the fourth day had a nice harmony of sweetness and acidity, thanks to the oli that had accumulated. I have never been a fan of sake injected with carbon dioxide gas, as it seems a bit artificial compared to sake with stronger gas or secondary fermentation in the bottle, but I really enjoyed the changes that could be felt over time. It's been a while since I've had a micro-bubble of Tasake, too.

I happened to be on my day off when the release information came in, and I rushed out to get one. The fragrance is a gentle capsule type. Not a very unusual aroma. A little gassy. The sweetness is relatively low, which is surprising because it is not like chrysanthemum. Sourness is predominant, but it is not absurdly strong. The acidity does not last that long, and the final taste is a mixture of bitterness, sweetness, and umami. My first impression was that it was a difficult taste. The collaboration between Sentori and UA is becoming a staple. Kuwagata gets high priority. The aroma is lactic acidic and cemedine-like. No gassy feeling. Like Kabutomushi, this year's KUWAGATA is more lactic acidic, but KUWAGATA is more mildly acidic (Kabuto is too strong?). And it has a gentle sweetness. The acidity lasts for a short time and ends quickly and beautifully. The aftertaste is pleasant. This year, while Kabutomushi has a strong personality, Kuwagata is a versatile type that goes well with food. At the beginning, I thought Kabuto was superior, but as I drank more, I realized Kuwagata was as good as Kabuto. What a happy problem I have!

I opened a bottle of Sancho that had been sitting in the fridge for about six months. While I was taking off the plastic cover, the cap started to come off and I was in a hurry... I opened the bottle in about 5 minutes. Maybe I let it sit too long... The aroma is muscat and citrusy, just like San-do. The aroma is more pronounced than usual. The gasiness is a bit gassy. The sweetness is quite moderate. The acidity is strong, but not as strong as the Sunburst we had the other day. The acidity is short-lived and finishes with a bit of bitterness. The sense of balance is exquisite. I think this sake is a new release from San-do, and as expected from San-do, it is of a very high level. It is delicious no matter what it is served with. However, as usual, I don't know how to read the rice...

I'm in a situation where I buy or not buy Koei Chrysanthemum, but I only buy Sunburst every year. Now, how about this year? Yes, this year is great too! The scent is still citrusy. Exquisite. Last year, Shin Tsuchida's active nigori was my No. 1 nigori. How about this year? The aroma is muscat and a little cemedine. The gasiness is strong, but not so much that it is sparkling. The sweetness is crisp and the acidity is strong, but it is surprisingly refreshing. The second half of the bottle is relatively bitter, but the end is refreshing. Not as impressive as last year's, but delicious again this year. The balance would have been better if it were a little more active.
