It's very smooth and delicious 😋 and it's sweet too! But it's not too sweet, it's a good balance of umami and sourness in harmony 😚.
When mixed with Ori, it is silky and sharp, and I think we like it better when mixed with Ori 🤗.

Freshness with acidity and bitterness is light. The savory bitterness with the involvement of the ori may be a characteristic of Orikarami from Aizu. The sharpness and overall balance are also good.
I would like to recommend it to my friends among those I have tasted this year. It is brewed well!
