When I enthusiastically told an acquaintance that I wanted to conquer sake from all over Japan at Sake-no-Wawa, he told me that he had a classmate who had a friend who had taken over a sake brewery and gave me a bottle of Kikusen. Thanks to him, it was my first time in Shizuoka Prefecture🤣. The taste is refreshing and easy to drink. Kansai Sake-no-wa Year-End Party 2024⑦ Sake brought by me. According to bouken-san's information, the brewer of this sake brewery in Mie passed away suddenly and Sawasa Shuzo went out of business. The information is only based on fragments of information, and there is no proof. Currently, the website remains, but the online store is closed. I'm thinking of having a series of "can't-drink-twice" sake for the annual off-line meeting, but other people also brought a lot of "can't-drink-twice" sake 🤣. Sangu INPREVUE Anprevue Junmai Ginjo Sake - 40 degrees, slightly fruity, a mix of rich sweetness as well as rich sourness, not like a noble wine or ice wine where the sweetness stands out, but a rich sweet and sour taste. The first Toyoshu in a long time is a pure rice sake brewed with the Yamanokami yeast derived from sasayuri (a kind of lily of the valley) that blooms in the sacred grounds of the Ogami Shrine, a sacred place for sake. If you are a sake drinker in Nara, you must try this 😁. Perhaps it was because I was used to light and fruity junmai sake, but it was alcoholic, not too sweet, and had a firm mouthfeel. But it has a modern feel and is easy to drink. Yamano kami yeast was surprisingly not peculiar 🤔. Thank you for the food 🙏. I think I'll go visit Ookami shrine ⛩ again.

I've been wanting to try this drink for a while ✨. Here, Nagano sake is rarely seen in liquor stores or supermarkets, but I found this at a nearby supermarket 👀 some kind of fair ❔. I love these classic and classy labels ♡. The taste is just like a classic sake 🍶. I didn't really feel the Nagano character, but it's an all-rounder that accepts a variety of snacks👍.

I was attracted by the phrase "sake made from jikasai rice," which is grown without any pesticides and with only minimal organic fertilizers, so I bought it. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, and I was surprised at how clear the aroma and mouthfeel were! But the aftertaste is delicious with a terrible aftertaste and some miscellaneous flavors.
