It is a very good normal sake. It has a sweet and strong flavor, and it is perfect when heated. It has a moderate alcohol content, which is typical of a normal sake. It is a versatile sake that also makes it delicious! I once thought that Kichiemon Nakamura was a great sake because my brother is a Kabuki fanatic, and this sake may have the same weight. If it's a regular sake, I imagine it would be a Junmai sake, and it would be a very bad one at that! I would definitely like to try the junmai sake! Mr. Ota is in Shinjuku! Mr. Ota went to a sake bar in Shinjuku, where the sake was delicious, and to Robeliya, a very deep bar in Shinjuku's Golden Gai. A 30-minute broadcast in two bars is too short!

Today is the annual New Year's Day visit to Kawagoe Naritasan Naritasan, and then to celebrate the golden wedding of my wife's parents. Dinner. The drink menu consisted mainly of wine, but there was also sake on the menu, and Naozane was recommended as a mid-meal drink. The sake was classical and calm, but had a moderate flavor of rice and a sharpness that left a good impression. I would like to try it at home next time.

Bought this sake yesterday at a roadside station. It seems to go down smoothly. It is a little dry. But lacks something outstanding? It is a junmai sake, which I don't like to drink with brewer's alcohol, so it's okay. I wonder if the sweeter charted Junmai Ginjo I bought separately would have been better.

. Last but not least, the cool looking "Jinya" 😎. I think I have a lot more Fukushima sake now 😅✌. It's also very refreshing and comfortable to drink, so I'm sure you won't get tired of drinking it 😋. It also has a little bit of dryness, so it would go well with rich dishes⁉ The last dish we had was Aizu Sauce Katsu-don! It was a little bit too naughty to finish 🤣. There is a very popular Sauce Katsudon restaurant in my town, though it is not in Aizu area ☝. I haven't eaten there recently because it's always crowded 🤔.

Shirataka, founded in 1862, is especially famous as the official sake of Ise Jingu Shrine. We were very satisfied with the all-you-can-eat crab, sushi, sashimi, etc. We were very satisfied. The place is Kobe Minato Onsen lotus. At home. The third Nara sake without permission - ‼️. Kita Sake Brewery is located in Gobo-cho, Kashihara City and was founded in 1718. My son used to play baseball and we used to go to Sato Yakuhin Stadium near here. This is the first time for us to visit there. The aroma is not so strong, but there is a slight sweetness and alcohol. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness, sourness, dryness, and the gradual feeling of alcohol. Oh, is this the ultimate in dryness? For now, I will only taste it tonight and wait for tomorrow to see how it changes. There was almost no change in taste after the second day. It is dry, but it has a sweet taste and is not unacceptable.

Miyogiku is a sake brewery located near Kashihara Shrine. I bought a Junmai sake and this Honjozo sake. It has a very high density of flavor and richness even in hiya, and the acidity is enough to go well with the drinks! It is also very well balanced in terms of both comfort and drinkability! It is even better when heated! This is wonderful! I bought a small bottle the day before because I had to buy a lot of things at Ise Jingu Shrine, but I want to buy another 4 bottles! Before going to the Kashihara Shrine, we went around the tombs around the shrine, and especially the Unebiyama Northeast Mausoleum was amazing! It was scary! Furthermore, although I must have been to Kashihara Shrine when I was a child, it looks bigger than the image I had when I was a child. Normally it should look smaller than it did when I was a child, but it was the opposite. I guess I felt the greatness of Kashihara Shrine.

I took the liberty of drinking this sake thinking it was pure rice. The first sip was a bit harsh, but the next sip was a thick and sweet saké. If you taste it well, it has a fresh feeling, which makes it an interesting sake. I think it was a good choice for the New Year, as it is more like amazake sake. I think it would be delicious warmed up, but I haven't tried it.

I actually had it yesterday, but since it is a special junmai, I compared the two. We will drink it cold. The color is clear and almost colorless. The top aroma is mild and not very noticeable. The taste has a robust rice flavor, sweetness, and a nutty, chocolate-like complexity. It is rich and mellow, but compared to Saka, it has a more traditional country-style flavor. The aroma on the nose is bitter and chocolatey. By the second day, the chocolaty flavor has settled down, and a clear, mineral, full flavor emerges, making it easier to drink. Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 15 to 16 degrees Celsius

Saga, Saga Prefecture, Japan. Saga Brewery Co. Saka Tokubetsu Junmai Nama Nama Zake. Purchased after tasting at the Sake Expo held at the Kintetsu Main Store in Abeno Harukas. Saka is a new brand, and is apparently better known as "Ume" (window plum). It is served cold. The color is clear with a slight yellowish tinge. The top aroma is mild, with a slight hint of alcohol. The mouthfeel is smooth with a slight flocculation, and it does not feel fresh to the extent that it should. On the palate, there is a little bit of juicy acidity, a little bit of tangy alcohol, and a nutty, full flavor that spreads. The aftertaste is a bit of a sharp spiciness, with a slight throat hit after swallowing. I bought it thinking it would be sweeter and more umami, but it was surprisingly dryer than I expected.
